This is an excellent hotel with quiet hours for 10pm to 6 am. The breakfast was hot and there was ample seating. The friendly staff was very professional.

I stayed at this hotel so that I could go to my son’s Lakeland Highschool football game. Our train was delayed getting into town and after a very long ride they allowed us to check in 2 hours early. We were only 7-8 minutes away from Bryant Stadium. The room was big enough for him to come stay with me and his Grandmother. He slept on the trundle. We used the gym, we went swimming and had great breakfast! Had great quality time at a really nice hotel with very friendly staff!!!

Only spent one night. The desk chair in our room was a piece of junk, otherwise our stay was just fine.

The rooms are very spacious and close to shopping. There was plenty of room to park and it was easy to enter and exit the building

Nice big rooms but prefer a door between bedroom and living area.Shower curtain needs replacing, discolored slightly from mold and needs new pillows, WAY too flat. Style and design impressive and modern. Loved being able to check in early! Bathroom door allows too much light waking everyone up. Need a mirror in the big room not just bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was great:-)

Overall the room was remodeled and clean, with a good use of space.

I didn’t realize until after I got in that the pool was recirculated. If I would’ve known that before hand I never would’ve booked here.

They offered a shuttle to downtown which was FABULOUS. It was quiet and clean. We never interacted with staff outside of checking in.

Clean, comfortable room and bed. The staff is great! Warm breakfast, fruits, yogurt, pastries, pancakes and waffles. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! 😉
