Proses check-in dan check-out sangat mudah.

Bed and pillow mostly have stain. Hair dryer located right beside water heater, oh my God. Window is spoiled and can't lock. Very noisy in the night because there are 2 pub cafe right downstairs. The only great is 3 mins walking distance to queensbay mall.

Shower so bad. Water so slow. To small bedroom. I had waited at counter 30minutes before check in. I can hear voice from another room. Must pay the parking hourly.

Toilet rusak, tidak ada lift, staf ramah.

Tidak ada lift. Siaran TV dan wifi kurang bagus. Padahal tempat sangat strategis.
