服務好，餐廳食物也好吃。

The room was below expectations. There were no basic facilities such as a tea or coffee maker inside the room. The bathroom had issues with the toilet flush, and the air conditioner made a lot of noise, which disturbed my sleep. Overall, the stay was not comfortable and needs significant improvements in maintenance and amenities.

Sejak 2019 sampai sekarang klo lagi ada wkt luang dan pengen staycation pst slalu kesini karna lokasi yg ok dg pantai, bnyk resto dan cafe, dkt tempt pijet dan deket minimarket juga. Hotel ini temptnya hidden ditambah swim pool yg slalu konsisten bersihnya. Nyamanlah pokoknya.

Lokasi strategis dekat dengan kawasan wisata & kuliner di Seminyak, kamar oke, pelayanan oke & gercep. Hairdryer bisa minta ke resepsionis karena tidak disediakan di kamar.

di kamar termos'y berkerak pas mau dipake... jadi kita minta ganti..ga ada sendok/ pengaduk, tisu cuma ada di toilet doang yg gulung... tempat sampah juga hanya di kamar mandi saja... sarapan ga prasmanan harus milih 1 item & ada free kopi, cemilan dll.. padahal yg nginep bgt harga juga standar sama hotel" lain yg saya kunjungin... kurang puas dwh pokonya nginep disini...

I was assigned to the 6th floor and got a semi-rundown shower. The room floor feels tacky like it hasn't been mopped thoroughly, didn't get a new towel change, dirty bathroom mirror, and sink tap with water stains on them. I got noisy neighbors and heard clearly what they chat about, so the wall should be super thin.

But all is good for me with Nikhila.

Selalu menginap di sini setiap ke Bali. Cuma kali ini kurang puas karena seingat saya ada hair dryer, tapi ini tidak ada, awal datang lantainya kotor banget, breakfast-nya tidak buffet.

Staff-nya baik, ramah, tapi untuk fasilitas seperti hairdryer tidak tersedia langsung di kamar, jadi harus minta dulu ke front desk dan hairdryer yang dikasih kurang panas dan tidak cepat kering rambut. Selebihnya baik.

Sometimes it is more dusty, please mop the floor.

Kamar standar sudah sangat bagus, mungkin kurang karena handuk sudah kelihatan kusam meskipun wangi laundry.

I was staying during Nyepi day, it was the best decision. The food was good, the staff also friendly, they sell snacks and some ice cream. The location is in the heart of Seminyak but secluded enough from the noise.
