We found we have lost a camera battery after we left the hotel. We came back after a week before the end of our Nagoya trip. Though the front desk staff (different on duty staff at different times) knew very little English they were all very helpful and helped us to get back the battery. Thank you so much.

房間好大超乾淨，而且櫃檯的爺爺人超好，還跟我們說了兩條路線去名花之里。一條是散步、一條是開車。

Spotlessly clean and tidy, room is bigger than usual Japanese hotel. What more can you ask for an overnight stay?

Had a one night stay here and room is spacious for a family of 4. Beds are comfortable and owner provided simple breakfast of delicious bread with tea, coffee and orange juice. Laundry works well although it needs 1.5hours to totally dry the clothes. Will stay here again. Owner is friendly and nice. Onsite parking available

Zum Frühstück gibt es nur Heißgetränk, Orangensaft und Croissant und muss mit aufs Zimmer genommen werden. Großes Zimmer und neues Bad, aber Fußbodenbelag muss mal getauscht werden. Netter Empfang in Englisch!!!

大通りから看板が見えてすぐに着いたが、少しだけ曲がったからか、夜間も車の音も聞こえず、快適だった！ お風呂とトイレが別なのも良かった！

ベッドが大きくて、グッスリ寝ることができました。 朝食にサラダが欲しかったです。

ベッドが広く、全体的に 使いやすい部屋だと思う。 しいて言うなら、ハンドソープを 常備して欲しい。

部屋、ベッドも広くて子連れにはとても良かったです。
