The kitchen was very easy to use, and a lot of cutlery and dishes. The fridge also had a freezer space that worked well. It was very easy to walk from a station to the accommodation. A/C and heat were efficient and easy to use. There was a lot of space for 4 people. The shower vent wasn't very strong. It is best to keep the window open after showing to let the room dry. There is no elevator. But we were able to carry our luggage up the stairs. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

A great place to stay for our family of 6 with a traditional style. Excellent communication and fast responses. Very tidy and clean. A good central location. Really enjoyed our stay.

Honestly an excellent stay overall though with some standout issues. Great bathroom, very very comfortable bed and pillows (probably the most comfortable sleeps I've had in Japan). A good amount of space for the price point. It has a nice 15 minute walk to the main Hiroshima station, but it's also right outside a tram line as well. Close to a Lawson, good Wi-Fi. The door is just a number lock with no key, I personally found this convenient as I would split up from my partner frequently. The negatives: It's on the first floor and right out to the street. They should really invest in some black out curtains or something for the light from cars and the street, as they are bright and frequent. Also the walls are paper thin. The room is near the entrance and you can hear everyone enter the building (usually loudly). You can hear people stomping upstairs, opening up their doors, and can easily hear conversations outside. Basically, if you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this place. They do provide earplugs though, but I personally don't sleep comfortably in them so it didn't help. So while it isn't exactly peaceful, it was still really good. Less a major complaint but more a word of warning, because it could be a total non-issue for some people.

This was such a comfortable place to stay. The beds and pillows are soft. The air conditioning works great. It’s walking distance to many places and food. The owners were very helpful and responded right away when I needed them. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hiroshima.

Expedia told me it was in the wrong spot, so we couldn’t stay at it because it was too far away

とても綺麗で広く過ごしやすいし、場所も広島市内なのでどこにでも行きやすく、満足行くホテルでした。また機会があれば利用したいと思いました。

We enjoyed our stay. On arrival we expected there to be beds in both rooms, but only the two queen beds were set up. The owner gave us approval to set up the other room also. We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. Only thing was only 1 hotplate in kitchen is functioning (as 2nd one too close to wall so fire hazard so it’s inoperable). This was challenging for us as we have family allergies and booked it because it had 2 hot plates to prepare meals so we had to adapt. It worked because we only stayed 2 nights - longer would not have worked for us.

コンドミニアムタイプは初めて利用しました。小さな子供ありではビジネスホテルなどはやはり厳しく、今回のようなかたちを選びました。子供たちは広いので走り回ってました。一階だったので人の出入りの音や道路側でカーテンが開けれないのが残念でしたが十分コストにたいして満足できる二日間でした。駐車場も周りにたくさんありますが連携してたらいいなと思いました。ありがとうございました。

Amazing stay. As foreigners, we were very happy to receive check-in instructions in English, along with directions on how to find the building, use the public transportation, and even how to get to some major tourist attractions. The host, Ooshi, is super responsive and kind. The furnishings are traditional Japanese, and there is even a kotatsu. The host provided all modern amenities needed, such as air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and bath toiletries. My friends and I cannot say enough good things about this place. We loved our stay and would love to be back. Thank you so much Ooshi for your lovely home!

Spacious apartment suitable for families with young children. Loved the Tatum rooms. Beds were very comfortable, and kitchen facilities were also great. Would stay again. Owner was very friendly too.
