We had a great stay. Away from the hustle of the city, quiet and safe but right on the Prater which the kids loved. Very close to the underground for convenient travel. Only a few stops into the city. Rooms were good, air con worked well in the heatwave, shower was great and the soundproofing blocked all noise from the funfair outside and other rooms. Breakfast was really good, loads of choice, did get busy though if you want to eat it later. Would definitely stay here again and in this area.

Top tier stay. Had a lovely time in this modern hotel. Perfect location for Wiener Prater and a metro station minutes away to access central Vienna. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. Clean room. Would highly recommend!

El hotel no es centrico, pero esta en una zona muy padre, y a 5 min de estacion de tren lo que lo hace muy conveniente

Hotel was pleasant, clean. Breakfast was decent. The thermostat in the room completely turns off in the middle of the night, no Air Circulation, which could be dangerous, I kept waking up drenched in sweat. I would try to adjust it, but settings wouldn’t change. This should be rectified, to make sleep comfortable, SAFE and at the preferred temperature of the guests, not the hotel staff.

Check in quick and easy, lovely friendly staff. Large comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Right by Prater park fairground, easy walking distance to Ernst Happel stadium and on good transport routes. Would I stay here again? Definitely Would I recommend to a friend? Absolutely

Hotel is well located and is nicely furnished. The main issue we gave was the aircon in our room didn’t work very well meaning the room never got below 25 degrees Celsius for the 3 days we were there. We complained to reception several times who promised it would be sorted and it wasn’t. Will not stay here again.

Perfekter Aufenthaltes

Für unsere Zwecke (Prater, Maria Hilferstrasse und Konzert im Happel Stadion) wunderbar gelegen. Auto in der Tieffarage ,alles fußläufig oder sehr gut mit den nahen Öffis zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter - in jedem Bereich, sehr sauber, Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut - für jeden Geschmack war was dabei. Jederzeit wieder.

Openbaar vervoer op loopafstand. vriendelijke receptiemedewerkers. Schone ruime kamers met goede bedden. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Veel goede restaurants is de omgeving. Aanrader voor een lang weekeinde of weekje Wenen!

Hotelli hyvä, huone hiljainen (ei ollut Praterin puolella) kuten sovittu, sänky voisi olla parempi, tyynyt huonot, aamiainen hyvä ja palvelu vastaanotossa hyvää. Huoneessa ilmastointi, joka toumi hyvin.

Friendly and very helpful personnel. Clean hotel with spacious, spotless, modern rooms. Very comfortable bed. Not to mention the amazing breakfast that’s included with an incredible variety of choices. All in a all an excellent place to stay.

I got an early check in which was positive after a long trip, however the end of the stay was not very positive. I had some problems in my room that meant we had to send all my clothes for cleaning. When checking out I was asked to pay 168 Euros for the cleaning that was caused by the hotel. When I explained why I needed the cleaning they talked to the manager and changed, but it was strange that they had not waived the bill already before. Overall the rooms were nice and breakfast okay, but these communication issues are something I hope they will work on improving.
