I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel that truly lives up to its 5-star rating. The location was superb, providing a perfect balance between easy access to major attractions and the tranquility of quieter neighborhoods. The accommodations were impeccable, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. From the elegant decor to the exceptional service, every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The experience was nothing short of exceptional, embodying the highest standards of luxury and comfort.

Awesome hotel with with very friendly staff

This was the very best hotel staff service I’ve ever experienced. Every single worker was pleasant, happy to do their job and very courteous and couldn’t be helpful enough. They were wonderful and I will definitely go back and hopefully bring my entire family. I will also make recommendations to this hotel. 5-Star!!! Outstanding!!! Highly Recommended!!!

Der Pool ist das Highlight, sowie das Sonnendeck. Das Frühstück ist groß und es findet sich für jeden etwas. Das gesamte Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer modern und super schön. Lage des Hotels mitten in der Stadt. Ich werde das Hotel definitv bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

Das Zimmer war Sauber, bei Ankunft leider noch ein benutztes Handtuch im Bad, das konnte ich aber schnell mit dem Housekeeping was auf dem Gang war regeln. Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (u.a. Unterstützung bei Tischreservierung). Der Pool ist beheizt und konnte auch im März schon bei traumhaftem Blick genutzt werden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in den Innenhof, haben so vom Stadtlärm nichts mitbekommen, dafür aber eine Lüftung zu hören, nachdem wir mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, kein Problem! Das Frühstück ist ein Traum, genauso wie der Blick vom Dach. Wir würden definitiv das Hotel weiter empfehlen, super Lage, schönes Zimmer, nettes Personal und herausragendes Frühstück!

Die Zimmer zur Strasse sind voll ins Leben eingebunden. Musik aus den Bars bis Mitternacht, Müllabfuhr und Zulieferung ab 6 Uhr. Dazwischen Nachtschwärmer. Mit Ohropax ist es auszuhalten.

El Hotel como tal es de buena calidad y tiene todos los servicios, pero el servicio del personal de recepción es absolutamente pobre. He solicitado un “Late check out” de dos horas, ofreciendo pagar lo que sea necesario y sin ni siquiera preguntar a limpieza ni dudar, la contestación ha sido NO! Por otro lado les he comentado que hay habitaciones libres y que pueden limpiar la mía de las últimas, y la contestación ha sido NO! NO! NO! No han demostrado ni el más mínimo interés por ayudar en nada y teniendo en cuenta que en cualquier hotel, por lo menos hacen el intento, en este NADA. Eso como añadido a que el check in es a las 15:00 y el check out a las 11:00AM, por lo que ya de por sí está reducida la estancia dos horas si lo comparamos con la media de hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas. Muy desagradable el trato.

Very clean room and extremely nice staff. One drawback was a very loud club a couple of blocks away that we could hear every night.

The hotel was very convenient for accessing attractions and dining, around the hotel there was walking distance entertainment around morning till late hours. Truly recommended and would go again given choice.

Fabulous hotel! Perfectly located, and the room was amazing, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everyone who works there is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We also enjoyed a lovely massage in the spa and some drinks by the stunning pool. I highly recommend it and would love to stay there again sometime!

Genomsnittligt 4-stjärnigt hotell. Receptionen jättetrevlig service, rooftop något mer rörig och personal som inte riktigt lyssnade. Fina rum, dock lyhört från fönster. Fint gym. Bra placering i Valletta.
