The room and staff were just OK. I only booked this studio flat for this September trip as a trial run for my December booking. I made a two-bedroom flat booking for December. A few days later I got a call from the MD, very unusual, saying the flat was unavailable and he offered me this particular studio plus another separate room in another building outside! They did not and still do not have a two bedroom flat available to offer anyone for this December 2025! I'm of the opinion that this was a scam. They tried to extract more money from me by offering me a three bedroom elsewhere, at an extortionate rate. Asking me to cancel my original booking with Expedia and pay them directly. I felt the was very unprofessional and have now cancelled my December booking and looked elsewhere. I have travelled all over the world and never experienced such a sham. Just be aware.

There was a clear mold problem. I suffered breathing issues, coughing, chest pain, and a sore throat but 30min after leaving my symptoms resolved. You could smell the mold in the mattresses and the AC conditioners.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The one thing that i did not like was, the internet service was very unstable.

Gated community, easy access to property, excellent hosts, superb services, very comfortable and extreme reasonable rates. Will definitely use this location again.
