工作人员友好且知识渊博。因为要参加他们的“妈妈跑”第二期，所以选择在这里住一晚。

酒店不错，地理位置优越，员工友好。早餐是单点的，但味道不错，摆盘也不错，景色也不错。咖啡不错，如果能多加一些鲜榨果汁就更好了。

工作人员热情友好，乐于助人。酒店位置就在库塔海滩对面，步行5分钟即可到达Beachwalk购物中心和其他商店。非常方便。

非常舒适的度假酒店

这家酒店很不舒服，尤其是床，非常硬。此外，房间里的窗帘很薄，不遮光，所以早上和白天光线很亮（相当令人不安），晚上从窗外就能看到。 强烈不推荐那些需要隐私和舒适休息的人入住。我们抱怨的时候，服务超级慢。这才是我们最后悔的。

早餐区很有趣，有DJ和舒适的座位，但将早餐送到房间的费用有点贵，高达150k。

所有工作人员都非常乐于助人和友好，但浴室坐浴盆存在漏水问题。但步行到Beachwalk和Kuta还是可以的。而且优点是你可以直接在屋顶上看到日落......

I was in Mamaka for a night on a short business trip. Arrived in Bali after a long day in the office, checked-in process was smooth and quick (all reservation and payment was already done from app), staff was very friendly and casual. After a long day you don't need all the formality. Mamaka also offer a welcome drink at roof-top which is open until midnight. Right next to lobby is the open style restaurant and they were having live groovy music night. Grab a quick drink from the bar and went straight to my room to complete my work. I had Summer Garden Terrace Queen room which is on the ground floor. Room is quite sizeable for a couple of person, like the ambiance, young, fresh and industrial. Not a typical hotel decoration, love it. Morning after, they serve ala-carte breakfast, I decided to have it take away. Overall, a total new and fun experience with Mamaka. Thanks!

It is our second time to stay here, the location in Kuta is such a great deal with the price still affordable. Keep up the good work, Mamaka by Ovolo.

Selama 5 hari menginap di sini, staf-staf hotel cukup responsif, pelayanan kebersihan kamar bagus sekali karena setiap hari dibersihkan dengan baik, lokasi hotel dekat mal, beberapa restoran ada di dekat hotel dan hotel berhadapan langsung dengan Pantai Kuta (seberang jalan), view rooftop sangat bagus, menurut saya sangat recommended untuk menginap di hotel ini lagi.

Pengalaman pertama menginap di hotel ini, lokasi strategis tepat di depan pantai, untuk ke Beachwalk Shopping Center pun dekat, kamar nyaman dan bersih, pelayanan sangat baik, sarapan pun rasanya enak, sedikit saran diharapkan untuk tempat parkir perlu lebih diperhatikan kebersihannya, tapi selebihnya hotel ini sangat recommended.
