位置方便，職員有禮貌，在各方面都非常幫忙。check-in 和 check-out 都很有效率。 酒店的設計是比較深色系，喜好與否因看個人偏好。一點要注意是花灑浴時可能有水從沐浴間滲出。 整體很好。

Chegamos o banheiro do quarta estava imundo, esqueceram de limpar. Vaso sujo, toalha no chão, papéis no chão. Fiquei assustada com total desorganização. Reservei o réveillon no rooftoo do hotel, quando cheguei no local, eu grávida com minha bebê de 2 anos no colo e meu marido, tinham mesas cobertas e outras descobertas. Inclusive vagas em ambos setores, mas me jogaram para área descoberta ao vento, com menos de 10 graus. Pedi para área coberta pela prioridade do bebê, disseram que não poderiam fazer nada. Que nenhum cliente pode escolher localização da mesa e eu ficaria nessa área descoberta. Eu questionei muito, inclusive por ter vaga na outra área e eu estar com bebê de colo, mas nada feito. Faltando 1 hora para réveillon não teria nem tempo hábil de providenciar outro local para ir, além de ter pago com total antecedência o evento. Por fim, na saída tentaram me cobrar 3 ou 4 omeletes de consumação extra do breakfast. Eu sequer comi 1 omelete algum dia, nem meus familiares. Infelizmente experiência bem desagradável com hotel. Não voltaria.

I was so disappointed with this hotel. It purports to be a 5 star hotel and I was certainly paying a rate commensurate with that but it simply isn’t of a high enough standard to deserve a 5 star rating. From staff arguing with each other in front of us to being denied entry to the bar because it was too busy; there simply isn’t enough room for me to list their faults here, which essentially come down to a lack of attention to detail and care but if the management want to write to me I will give them the full list.

Breakfast options were amazing. We had some issues with our original room but supervisor dealt with this in a timely and efficient manner. We were offered dinner complimentary for the inconvenience but would highly recommend the restaurant regardless. Food was amazing. Location is close to all major attractions.

This hotel was fabulous! The staff were kind and always friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Nicoletta at the front desk made check in after 16 hours of travelling actually enjoyable. They were kind enough to have our room ready early to accommodate our special needs son. The rooms were large and comfortable. Special shoutout to the cleaning staff who worked around our chaotic schedule with our jet-lagged kiddos. The location was stellar. Close enough to walk to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Navona and back in one afternoon. Easy access to buses. Great restaurants all around. We stayed for a birthday and the cake we ordered through the hotel was homemade and incredible. Highly highly recommend this hotel.

Öncelikle otele girdiginizdeki ambiyans çok güzel . Kaliteli bir otelde konaklayacağınız hissediliyor.oda gayet temizdi , ayrıca çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı.Romaya gelmek istiyenlere bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca turistik yerlere otel yürüme mesafesinde. Biz hiç araç kullanmadık ..sadece otel havaalanı transferinde araç kullandık.
