所有員工都非常棒。我沒有Type-C充電器，他們主動提供了一個有線充電器。我特別高興，因為這樣我就不用另外買充電器了。當我用力關門時，那位沙巴女孩主動提出幫我開門，而且沒有收取任何費用。客房服務人員動作麻利，態度也很好。當我需要一瓶水時，他毫不猶豫地遞給了我。他們給我的這種家庭般的關懷讓我非常感動，作為一個初來吉隆坡的獨行俠，這種感覺讓我倍感賓至如歸。

Some lights were not functioning. Called the reception to send someone to check and fix, but never show up. Stayed for 2 nights but the room was without housekeeping on the 2nd day. Strong cigarettes smell coming from the next room and hallway but no action from the management.

Room condition was as per advertised. Clean and comfortable.

Overprice for budget hotel. This hotel use self check in. Guest need to use the kiosk at the lobby for the check in. The kiosk system is unstable. Its stuck after entering booking number. Need to wait hotel staff for 30min. I got my room after 1 hour waiting. My suggestion hotel management should standby their staff at hotel lobby to assist guest incase if their having problem with self check in kiosk system.
