The house is not sanitary, there are mold spots on the quilt, and no shampoo and toothbrush are provided.

Toilet need do cleaning. Tak bersih sangat toilet.

The accommodation was great, clean & complete. The ambiance was great. The utilities work perfectly fine (air conditioner, TV, laundry, kitchen). The location was spot on in the city center. Downstairs there's a lot of stores such as coffee shops & CU Mart. Would definitely come back to stay here again. The only con is the lift sometimes can be a bit slow but bearable for me.

Bersih, bilik besar. Kalau nak mandi kolam kene get ready proper swim attire supaya tak kene denda. 😅. Location memang superb.

Dari segi kebersihan dan kecantikan rumah sangat A+, tapi we have a bad experience sebab cleaner claim iron pecah padahal kami xde pecahkan apa2. Siap bg fake bukti kt manager kata kami buang serpihan iron. Tak logik sangat-sangat tempat serpihan tu jumpa dengan kedudukan iron yang dalam almari. But kami argue balik nak pertahankan hak kami siap pergi balik kt sana. Wasting our time. Please do hiring pekerja yang jujur. Kalau salah sendiri pecahkan barang, jangan pandai-pandai nak letak kesalahan atas customer. Manager bagus mendengar kedua pihak dan tak burn deposit kami. Good job.

Nice place and better than Perdana Hotel. It just my I'm commenting on the cleaning fee cause not everyone will read all the innkeeper policy and might nit aware about it. Difference compared to other apps like AirBnB and etc. My suggestion just absorbs the cleaning fee together in the room/hotel rate to avoid misunderstanding. Other than that everything was fine. Liyana very helpful.

The room is so pleasing.. great view. But poorly we cant use the pool. Coz they open for public too, which make it so crowded. So sad since I come with small child to play in the pool. And the guard there was so rude. 😡

Semua dalam keadaan baik & selesa...kecuali satu perkara sahaja iaitu tetamu luar parking kenderaan sehingga menggangu aliran keluar kenderaan (penginap) dr basement parking...mungkin mereka tidak tahu undang2 bangunan ber"strata"...diharap untuk masa akan datang tiada lagu isu sama berulang.

Well, I feel so glad at last there's accommodation that up to the modern ID standard in KB. For me its way better than staying at Perdana htl. This is new service apartment in KB. Very clean, easy access, parking provided and there's facilities available but closed due to current PKP situation. I love the android tv provided, so I can just log in my netflix. It just that for this studio I think no light cooking allowed as I don't see any cooking pan or what so ever. The staff also very helpful as I arrived quite late around 10pm and Cik Liyana has waited for me and provided me a good information and check-in. As you know this is not a hotel with 24hrs check-in desk. This kind of hospitality really amazed me. Thanks to Cik Liyana and As Salaam Team. Highly recommended!
