Great view and beautiful clean room. Parking cost for day is reasonable. Just a few tweaks would be nice to improve. As feels a bit detached from the restaurant and reception where the food and drink is expensive. There is no smart TV which is normal in most hotels and couldn't get coffee machine to work.

Room was a bit dated but clean , all staff very friendly, cleaners bar staff & reception very kind & friendly the only down side for us was the breakfast £13 for a very average breakfast, so if we stayed again we wouldn’t have the breakfast & would ask for front of hotel rooms julie & andy gray

The main annoyance was that there was a continuous humming noise day and night that disturbed my sleeping.

Had a good night's sleep as bed was very comfortable. Room was perfect temperature & quite & clean. Plenty of hot water for a shower. The Bar area is nice to sit in. The seating is comfortable & has a lovely sea view & large screen TV. The restaurant is large & looks nice.

reception staff excellent and very helpful when I had to make an urgent phone call and my mobile would not work. he even offered to have a look at the phone !!!!

The room seemed clean and tidy but the doors are very clunky. The curtains didn’t fully overlap when closed and let a bit of light in. However worse than that, there was a permanent and continuous humm noise that seemed to be coming from the radiator - but I can’t be sure of that. The humm was very annoying especially when trying to sleep.

The staff was very attentive and willing. I did request a walk in shower and when I phoned I mentioned it again but on arrival I didn't have one.

We booked two rooms. One was quite dated. The other had been modernised but not to a high standard the furniture was flimsy, we had to pull the bed out to plug in the bedside lights and the tv wasn’t plugged in at the wall, so also had to do that ourselves. The staff were friendly.

Perfect hotel, friendly staff, good choice for breakfast and beds comfy

Room was clean but dated. Staff all friendly. But we have stayed here twice now and both times there has been a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning. Latest stay the noise was from a domestic which resulted in one person banging on a door for 30/40 minutes at 2.30am

Excellent location for city centre shops. Hotel is nice and modern and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Would use hotel again.
