Good food. Near facility. Near beach

Lovely stay as usual

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksraum und Geschichte zum Hotel ist sehr beeindruckend. Super Lage - ggü Beachfront & Innenstadt in 5-10 min fußläufig erreichbar. Hotel selbst ist tatsächlich leider in die Jahre gekommen (Außenanlagen und Außenansicht, Balkon könnte einen Anstrich vertragen; Zimmer aber ok, leicht hellhörig, Schranktüren könnte man mal ausrichten, so dass sie sich einfach öffnen lassen). Frühstück in Buffetform, zwar alles da, aber im Vergleich zu B&Bs deutlich liebloser und nur einfacher Kaffee vorhanden (kein Espresso oder so). Treppe vorhanden um an die Rezeption zu kommen (angesichts des älteren Publikums hätte ich eine Rampe erwartet um den Koffer hoch ziehen zu können).

We had a lovely stay here. The location is perfect. It’s a little dirty and tired though. Food was very good and the staff are very good.

In need of a bit of exterior decorating but still good value for a seaside hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had everything we needed

Great place to stay with only a one minute walk †o the beach across the hotel's garden. The room was fine but the tv was a bit small to watch the tennis - joke. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff very helpful.

Excellent Hotel for the money. great location friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Tea and coffee in the room.

Toilet could do with a deep clean. Marks at bottom of pan. Breakfast was good with excellent selection.

Ok for an overnight stay.

Only stayed one night, but the staff were amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel does need a litten attention but its a comfortable place to stay. The bonus is the location, right on the seafront. Would definitely stay again.

They couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive, my van broke down and they supported me through it, helped arrange garages etc as I was 300 miles from home. Hotel is great, lovely rooms and great views. Price point is unbelievable I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or to recommend.

Its a good solid hotel that I have come back to and will come back to again, slightly dated in the rooms but none the worse for that, very good staff

The staff, we found to be friendly, helpful and efficient. Room bedding and towels were clean with replacements available if required. Rooms were serviced alternate days, but also on request. Breakfasts were well presented with plenty of choices from hot, cereals, fruit, pastries etc We had dinner most evenings, which we enjoyed, with a choice of 2 or 3 courses. Also sandwiches were available if requested at lunch time in the bar.

Von Aussen schlimm…. Von innen ist es wichtig ein neues Zimmer zu buchen. Wir haben das ‚Classic‘ gebucht…. Naja, alt, riecht komisch, aber sauber. Frühstück tiptop, Parkplatz wie überall in England bezahlen.

Great location, ok breakfast, generally old and tired but ok, have stayed in better and also much worse. Value for money.
