Without hesitation, they ensured we were moved to a more comfortable room, following through in a way that felt proactive rather than procedural. Throughout our stay, the service remained consistently warm and accommodating. The staff were not only friendly and helpful but also went the extra mile in small but meaningful ways, including assisting with package handling. These details, while easy to overlook, contributed to a seamless and stress-free experience. The location is another major strength—well-situated for exploring Dublin, with easy access to key areas of the city. The on-site gym was a welcome bonus, adding to the hotel’s overall appeal. All things considered, this is a property I would readily recommend. It delivers on comfort, service, and location, and I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit.

It is in a great walkable location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the property is very esthetically pleasing.

It was very nice to have a kitchen to do basic cooking and a nice size refigerator.

Fantastic property. Room had kitchen with mini fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo plus everything you’d need (e.g., sponge, dishwasher tablets etc). Just a lovely place. And quiet too. Downstairs is a place to eat/drink/work on your laptop. Highly recommend.

The in room kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and stove top would have been handy if we stayed longer than one nt. Great location 10 steps from Ha'penny bridge to Temple bar area. Comfortable vibe with bar and barista shop downstairs near lobby. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Close to bus stops that take you to and from airport and tours. The rooms were very clean and we felt safe. Would definitely come back to stay here. Ireland is super friendly and everyone we met was so helpful.

Strategic location, value for money mini apartment. My room had a kitchenete (with sink), laundry machine, living room and dining table for 1. I love how there's plenty of hangers and hooks in the room and the bathroom. There was enough counter space too for toiletries in the bathroom. Highly recommend it. It is just a few steps away from the Ha'penny Bridge and even a Catholic chapel! The location is an icing on the cake.

The location could not have been more perfect. Everything was basically within a 10 minute or less walk. The Ha’Penny bridge is literally right there. We also loved having the coffee shop in the lobby, it was great not having to leave the building in the morning to get a coffee and a snack. Keep in mind that there is construction during the day (we didn’t really notice it too much) and of course you’re right across the street from Temple Bar so it can be noisy at night but again, we hardly noticed especially with the windows closed. We will recommend this spot to anyone visiting Dublin!
