Fantastic. Two thumbs up.

What a lovely spot to spend a couple of nights. Unbeatable location on the main road close to the Co-op grocery store and coffee shop. We enjoyed a stroll on the river path and a beer after at a local pub. One thing we noted and would have liked to have known earlier is that the shower is awfully tiny. I’m 5’3” and average build and felt a little claustrophobic, but my broad-shouldered 6’3” husband was nearly unable to fit. We also had to purchase our own shower gel and shampoo as it wasn’t included, which we didn’t anticipate. (Also bring your own laundry soap if planning to use the washer, there wasn’t any on site.) Overall we loved staying here and it was a perfect central location to get to the distilleries and nearby castles.

Lovely little cottage. Enjoyed our stay immensely – it had all the creature comforts. Even though it is right on the main street, very quiet. Great communication from the owner.
