We throughly enjoyed are stay at the Moonlight Beach Hotel.

While the building itself is from an older era, the room was clean, modern, fantastic. If you’re a Ritz kinda person, this isn’t for you. Looking for good value lodging just two blocks from the beach and two blocks from shops, restaurants, watering holes…VUNDERBAR! I thin I found my new home away from home at the beach.

Good location, close to the beach. We did not need to look for a beach parking, which looked very crowded, because we just walked there from the hotel. It has ammenities of a motel (hence it's name), but pricey because of the priximity to the beach.

You can't put a price on convenience. Easy 5 minute walk to moonlight beach. Appreciated that you can borrow beach supplies like chairs and Boogie boards. Staff extremely friendly and informative. I left a message prior to trip and they returned my call on same day. The A/C is outdated but having a fridge, microwave, sink, and dishwasher was fantastic. We were hesitant about finding parking for 3 nights since they don't charge. However every day we found parking right in front of our room. Definitely would stay in their family room that had 3 beds and 2 separate rooms !

The room was big, beds were comfortable, area around was noisy and some amenities needed fixing overall a great stay would definitely come back

This is the second time I’ve been to this place and they really are a nice quaint quiet place! I love having the view of the ocean, even if it is a little bit of a distance. I only wish the office was open a little bit longer. The people in the office are very friendly and nice

Fantastic location! Ocean view, one block to beach, and restaurants/grocery/nightlife within a 15min walk. I will return.

The remote to the television didn’t work. Went to office and asked that someone fix it and also called and left message. It was finally fixed two days later. Cheap 1/4 roll of toilet paper was provided. Called office to request some, meanwhile had to purchase some…two days later they delivered some. Train tracks near by, so be prepared for the noise of a passing train often. Keep in mind that there are steps to second floor should you have a heavy load or a physical challenge.

I came here to work on a writing project. Tee staff was wonderfully helpful throughout my 1 week stay. My room was comfortable, and it was immaculate when I checked in. I will definitely come back, the next time for a wonderful vacation stay 1 block form the beach!

After a week’s stay we learned that that rate wasn’t applicable because we’d booked through a “third party”. We asked to have a cleaning every 2 days, but it only happened once. Coffee supplies were had to be requested every day, but often didn’t appear. Great location, easy access, nice room , but never again .

Great location- walk to beach, walk to restaurants. Driving around slso easy. We were comfortable in our room- old building but clean, updated bathroom, good beds. Loaner beach stuff available, even a surf board. Desk woman, manager was incredibly welcoming and eager for us to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend

The staff was so nice. The location is just blocks from the beach. Lots of fun dining and shopping near by.

Very friendly checking, and all interactions with staff. Ideal accommodation for my wife and I with two teenagers. Walk to beach, beach chairs and boogie boards provided. Seating and outdoor grills on varranda viewing the beach.
