飯店位置絕佳，地鐵、公車站甚至便利商店都近在咫尺，生活十分便利。這裡位於大阪市中心，入住體驗非常棒。飯店員工熱情友善，彬彬有禮，而且樂於助人。

飯店位置優越，交通便利。房間大小適合兩人入住，也夠舒適。整體來說，入住體驗不錯，只是覺得早餐可以做得更好，種類可以更豐富一些。飯店的清潔政策是每三天進行一次全面清潔，但他們每天都會來收垃圾和更換毛巾！

Compact, small room but super comfy. Extra clean. Nice location.

The staff were so friendly here. They helped me transfer my luggage to Tokyo, helped me when I locked myself out of my room and also when I was trying to arrange to be picked up by a taxi. The room was modern, clean, and new. Only downside, but common with all Japanese hotels, was the size of the room. Breakfast cost was reasonable but catered more for the Asian diet. Having Western TV channels at night would have been nice. However, the best thing about this place was it's closeness to Dotonbori and all the shopping strips! It was a 5-10 min walk and there were plenty of restaurant options around. Close to Namba train station too.

The room was cleaned, amenities was quiet complete, the staff was helpful- they helped us to deliver our luggage to Tokyo. Very recommended hotel near Namba station.

Strategic location to Nankai Namba Station and Namba Osaka stations. Staff were professional and room was cleaned. There ' s coin laundry machines in the hotel so you don't have to bring too many clothes in your luggage.
