Most amazing staff. Beautiful hotel, bedrooms and rooftop. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Athens. Close to many restaurants, shops and monuments.

Super convenient, nice staff, nice breakfast. Not very quiet, could use some lighting in halls, towels could use some fabric softner.

Not sure HOW this property obtained a four star rating. Bathrooms had mold, were not cleaned, had "bubbling sewer" in the bathroom. Had six rooms in total and one couple had to be moved because their AC was broken. MOST importantly, upon our return from dinner, there were young girls (16-20) walking the halls of each floor saying "hello" to all open doors...don't want to make allegations but after 11pm, there is only ONE reason non-guests are walking each floor of the hotel. While I would NEVER stay at this establishment again, I will say that the staff was very friendly.

This is out 2nd stay there and we really love the location. Close to everything. Rooftop lounge is also a plus. Staff are excellent and very helpful.

Hotel is great, clean and well maintained. Location is good for easy access to restaurants, bars, cafés. 10 min walk to Ermou street and monaural for some shopping and more restaurants and cafés!

We had an excellent experience at the Royalty Hotel. Vasso got us into our room early after we were tired from our travel and even gave us a complementary upgrade. The room was spotless and beautiful. We enjoyed the Acropolis view from the roof cafe at night. The next time I am in Athens, I will certainly be staying at the Royalty Hotel Athens again.

Hotel is in a great location, walkable to major sights, restaurants and shops. Very clean and friendly staff.

Construction noise too early in the morning, eggs were cold, after one morning we chose to eat elsewhere

This was my second time staying here and honestly, it was a very pleasant experience extremely clean rooms the most ideal location possible if you want to be sightseeing in Athens, you’re literally less than one block away from the city center where they have all of the shops and all of the nice restaurants you want to go to you’re also about a 10 minute cab ride from anything else in the area as well. The most ideal location, very clean rooms very modern hotel and very accommodating staff as well. Like I said, this is my second time staying here I’m from New York but I am Greek And the hospitality was very nice.

This hotel is outdated and a bit unclean. Until rooms and common areas are updated and thoroughly cleaned I’d stay elsewhere. It appear renovations are starting on the 4th floor dinning area.

Beliggenheden får absolut topkarakter. Vi havde en relativt lille rum(standard), ingen møbler udover en ganske fin seng. Rummet lå ud til en gyde, hvor der var en fin café, men der var helt ro om natten.

Det var desværre ikke en god oplevelse og hotellet levede på ingen måder op til de 4 stjerner. Værelset var mindre end oplyst og flere ting fulgte ikke med som oplyst. Rummet skulle være lydisoleret, men lydisoleringen bestod i at der lå hørepropper på værelset. Det var dog forsat vanskeligt at sove selv med dem i. På anden natten larmede og blinkede el sikringsskabet på værelset, så min datter og hustru blev meget bange. Næste morgen lovede de at lave det og om eftermiddagen spurgte jeg til det. Det var nu fikset sagde de, men det var ikke tilfældet og de så en videooptagelse af det optaget om eftermiddagen. Vi blev derfor nedgraderet til et andet værelse uden beklagelse eller kompensation. Dette var blot nogle af tingene, men listen er desværre lang. Vi kan ikke anbefale hotellet og syntes på ingen måde, at denne vurdering er urimelig.
