Nhân viên phục vụ rất tận tình, hồ bơi rất đẹp, phòng sạch sẽ, buffet sáng rất ngon và nhiều món. Tôi sẽ quay lại đây vào một kì nghỉ tiếp theo.đây là một nơi rất tuyệt vời!

Mình đặt phòng view biển nhưng view phần lớn là công trình đang thi công, không giống như hình phòng đã đặt (mặc dù là phòng standard nhưng view đáng ra phải thẳng hướng biển), gọi đổi phòng thì báo hết phòng view trực diện và đòi hỏi nâng cấp phòng mới được. Vệ sinh kính ban công không sạch, vẫn còn vết phơi đồ của khách trước. Tiện ích khá chán, spa đóng cửa sớm 6h (thứ 7), quầy bar đóng 11h (thứ 7). Mình ăn trưa ở nhà hàng của resort và muốn checkout trễ một xíu để có thêm thời gian ăn nhưng bị từ chối. Điểm cộng duy nhất là các bạn nhân viên ở buffet khá chu đáo, sắp xếp chỗ ngồi và pha cafe giúp.

Khách sạn rất đẹp, từ nội thất trong phòng và các khu vực vui chơi, nhân viên lễ tân hay phục vụ đều chu đáo, nhiệt tình. Dưới nhà hàng có bạn nhân viên Quan Louis rất hiếu khách và vui vẻ. Sẽ quay lại.

This place was a terrible experience. The managers in charge of food, drinks and service need to be fired immediately. Started with the walk in, which was nice, then we went to the beach restaurant (being the only one open at the time) and I ordered a nice glass of Prosecco to get vacation started. 20 minutes later, the girl comes back and says we don't have that. So I ordered a sparkling wine and some food. Same story, we don't have that. So we left the property to go find some drinks and food awaiting check-in. We were told there were 3 restaurants here, but no, there's only 2 with the exact same menu that's apparently a list of things they don't have. Next day I called for the room service menu since there ' s not one in the room and they said I need to use the menu on the TV and scan the code, which I did. The menu came up on my phone and I called to order breakfast at 11:00am that says available 24 hours a day on the menu. Their response was the TV menu was old and they don't have that anymore. This time I demanded to speak to a manger who never returned my call. I settled for being hungry and went out to the pool area where there was no service. We finally managed to get a pair of chairs on the beach when we realized people were just leaving their things there on chairs all day and not actually there. Had to go find somebody to order drinks and the charcuterie platter of meats and cheeses since apparently service is non-existent in this hotel. Of course, the same story, we don't have that. I asked sarcastically for a menu of what they DO have and proceeded to leave the property again in frustration. We will definitely never stay here again. There's 4 things that are needed: a comprehensive food menu including eastern and western foods (I would have loved to have a good steak and a nice glass of champagne, but could barely stomach anything here), two outside service people-one for the pool area and one for the beach area, fire the food and drink director and fire the service director. This is only a summary of the bad experiences and there are several others. Hope this review helps folks stay away or the hotel to realize it needs better management.

Crowne Plaza PHU QUOC STARBAY đẹp lắm, phòng sạch sẽ, mới và cũng tiện nghi. Nhân viên vui vẻ, thân thiện và cũng rất nhiệt tình nữa. Đồ ăn ở nhà hàng khá ngon. Vị trí cũng thuận tiện để đi Granworld, VinWonder,… Chỉ có điều bãi biển ít trang trí, nếu muốn chọn khách sạn hay resort 5 sao có bãi biển đẹp thì nên cân nhắc nhé!

Phòng đẹp, rộng, đầy đủ tiện nghi . Ban công view đẹp. Buffet sáng Ok. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Hồ bơi tuyệt vời. Chỉ có bãi biển không tắm được.
