房間乾淨，櫃臺有會中文接待，早餐普通，熟食不多

距國際通近，約5~8分鐘路程，單軌車站月2~3分鐘路程

整體平均是不錯，遇到的台灣服務人員很親切，有點年紀的日本服務人員喜怒於色臉部表情明顯，但還是可以接受。如果清潔衛生能再加強更棒了。

服務很好， 房間乾淨，隔音好，離安里站近，交通方便。 早餐種類多， 但是每天都一樣，比較沒有變化。

地點便利，安全，離國際通商圈步行10分鐘內

整體體驗是乾淨、舒適，餐點口味算不上好吃但足量。但十二樓餐廳服務人員由於英文程度不足導致溝通上產生誤會，甚至她用手拉我，在專業訓練上非常缺乏。我非常訝異她試圖用手拉我。

整體不錯，地點也很好 但停車要額外收費，比較可惜 用餐環境排煙需要加強

The hotel is cozy and the staff are nice. They helped me to receive and store the parcel that I sent to the hotel before my arrival. They passed the whole parcel to me during my check-in. Appreciate it!

Good location attracts me to choose that hotel. But Family trip in 3 persons with a terrible small room. 5 stars level hotel makes us disappointed. Many different hotel can choose about this budget. Don't come back again.
