Petit déjeuner varié mais de qualité moyenne. Pas de frigo ni de placard dans la chambre (belle et spacieuse). Une belle cafetière/théière cependant. Emplacement idéal, à côté de la gare et tout près du centre ancien, à pied. L'hôtel est neuf, au calme, le personnel très sympathique.

Very convenient to the train station which was important for us as we had an early departure in the morning. We did have the breakfast. Pretty standard options... Eggs, bacon, breads, waffles, yogurt and toppings. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again if we are ever back in Delft.

Fantastic location, great staff would stay there again and would recommend to others. Hotel is in walking distance of the market square or centrum I walked everywhere once there.

Ok utbud till frukosten. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter nära hotellet. Nära till tågstationen om man åker kollektivt

Great place to stay. Well located next to the railway station and close to town centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Well appointed room.

Great room. Super quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. Great view of the canals. Bed comfy. Only complaint would be the pillows. Soft and not usable if you have a bad neck

We will not stay here again.. The nos: no phone, no garbage bin in the room, and no tissues. The Internet could not run the TV - local stations come in and out. The bathroom was dark (no mirror light) and, unfortunately, smelly. Worst. There was a closet or something next door and one wall of the room curved in. There was less than a foot between the bed and the wall. I have a picture I'd be happy to post. The location is excellent and the staff are more than good. However, the room we stayed in was awful.

Posizione vicina alla stazione, che è vicina al centro. Camera pulita, luminosa, letto comodo. Colazione abbastanza varia, soprattutto nel salato. Il personale è stato gentile.

Perfect experience as always, i would only argue a plastic slippers for the rooms would go a long way in terms of comfort.

Very clean, modern, well appointed and conveniently located close to the bus/tram/rail station. Hard to fault - breakfast a bit expensive other than that it was great

What a fabulous room, the view across the canal was lovely. I had a wonderful, restful stay for a very reasonable price. Staff were really helpful, I had booked 2 nights but only needed 1. I didn't think I could cancel the 2nd night without paying for it anyway and the girl at check in double checked this for me. The housekeeping team were very friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed that 2nd night. Delft is lovely.

Ruime schone kamer, goede bedden, goede badkamer en douche. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt voldoende variatie, maar broodaanbod beperkt. Wel veel verse vruchten en goede yoghurt, kwark etc. Ook veel warme producten.

I am a regular customer at IBIS Delft for many years. I have always been very satisfied with my stay and the staff. Furthermore, I fully understand your check-in rules, and that if there are rooms ready it is possible to check a bit earlier. This time I arrived just after 1 pm and wanted to check in and asked if a room would possibly be already available. She checked and said that I could have an early check-in for 15 euros extra. If I did not want to pay the 15 euros, I had to wait until 3 pm to check in. This girl was rather rude and abrupt, which I am not used to at IBIS Delft.

Very kind people. Always reply to us for questions we have. Helped us a lot before checking in.
