Great area and location. Only thing is hardly any cleaning stuff or at least a vacuum cleaner.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Apartment was filthy, sticky, greasy and smelly on arrival. Kitchen covered in ants. Toilet stank like sewerage and smelled up the entire place. Felt like we were living in sewer. Place is completely rundown and no upkeep. Exposed nails in carpet, broken Tv and AC and pools were not heated as promised. Upon complaints, no action was taken. Fake promises to send housekeeping. Did not respond to phone calls or emails. Housekeeping never showed. I can not express it enough, this place is disgusting and a total waste of money. Learn from our mistake and DO NOT STAY HERE. We asked to switch rooms they refused. They did not bother trying to help us, they did not care. I gave them plenty of opportunities to help us and begged for a solution. We heard nothing from them. The smell of the place will haunt me for a long time.

We arrived at check in time of 2pm and the room wasn’t ready, we were given the keys and told around half an hour until it would be ready. We went up to the room after 45mins (as we had just driven 1000kms) and the room was still not ready and we were told another half an hour at least. We sat in the lobby for ages until our room was ready. The apartment was good but maybe had some of the owners things in the cupboards etc. Great spot, very close to everything!

My family and I had an amazing time at the Towers especially with the indoor pool. I loved the view of the ocean from our hotel room but we couldn’t work the air conditioning so that was disappointing. The kitchen was a bit dated but it had what you needed. I would return to the Towers but not the room we had allocated to us which was the 3 bedroom apartment.

Great views and location. Facilities and amenities were good too, would recommend! The only downfall was they were doing maintenance on the elevators and it took forever to get up and down as there was only 2 lifts working… but overall great stay.

The life's are very slow only 2 working whating period every time is 15 min the internet not working at all the whole time i used my phone date

Concierge wasn’t helpful because we booked from coastal letting private property they wouldn’t help me to take our luggage up to the room

Run down apartment dated Old scuffed walls and table Coffee table bubbled and chipped Lock on outer door no casing so lock wobbled Arrived no power in tower No lights lifts air conditoning Wasnt onformed rang letting agent 8 time got no where wasnt passed onto out of hours staff was getting dark with children and very hot had to use phones as lights cancel my birthday meal as could not get ready

Amazing view🌆 clean apartment and good facilities within hotel. However check-in process was no smooth, no communication, no sms received, information on parking etc just a mess.

Very run down, the coffee table is worth $5, zero warmth, below average decor.

too many people, old furnishings, NNot very clean. Toilet was leaking.

The stay was great. The property managers at Coastal were great. The location provides the perfect balance of convenience with everything close. We would be happy booking this trip again.

Apartment was clean and tidy. Nice view over pool and some partial beach views. Although we stayed a week and there was no cleaning and no clean towels. We had to clean towels daily to cater for showers and swims. There was no cleaning products. I would suggest there be floor cleaner, spray and wipe, toilet cleaner, jif available. Limited dishwashing liquid, bin bags and toilet rolls for a week stay so we had to buy some. tv in the room is not great. No channels found. No swimming towels available. Oven door is loose. Annoying the main room and ensuite doesn’t have a balcony view. Had no windows in that room. It is a privately rented out hence no cleaning and towel changing. 3.5 stars

We had a wonderful six-night stay at this apartment, and it was perfect for our family! The space was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was family-friendly, and the amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The location was excellent, close to local attractions, shops, and the beach, which was a big plus. The hosts were friendly and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Excellent place to stay with family

Property manager and communication was awesome. Last time I stayed our room was beautiful and I had a great time so I decided to stay again. This time I got a room with old dirty ripped up carpet, lumpy beds and a couch that had so much food scraps in plus it smelt like a wet dog. I cleaned the entire thing myself before I unpacked my bag because it was SO DIRTY! I don’t think I’ll be back.

Great property in a great location. For our family trip the shopping centre below our accomodation was priceless. The pools were fantastic also.
