Perfect 1-2 night stay on our way home to Anguilla

The rooms were super comfy and clean. The Spanish bartender at Pelican was awesome with customer service. The food at Pelican was outstanding The beach and Jacuzzi added to relaxation Not having access to front desk via our room telephone

Our 5 day stay was awesome, it was our anniversary. Our room was decorated as I requested. The staff is very polite and courteous. We had an ocean view villa and it was beautiful. The beach was just steps away and the pool was also so nice. I would definitely recommend it. Can’t wait to go back.

This property is in walking distance to lots of shopping and dining. It has a nice private beach area and the staff are friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this Hilton resort is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The front desk staff were beyond rude, dismissive, and had absolutely no sense of customer service. We arrived at 3:30 PM and our room wasn’t even ready, so we had to leave our bags and go elsewhere while they scrambled to prepare it. To make matters worse, when we asked for a late checkout, they flat-out refused. Their policy is check-in at 4:00 PM and checkout at 10:00 AM — which is outrageous and makes no sense. I’ve never seen a hotel push guests out so early. This place ruined the Hilton name for me. I would never come back here, and I strongly warn others to stay far away from this resort.

I don't like cigarettes on the beach. Devon,nina and shack were great. Coming back next year for two weeks.

Very comfortable clean place, close to many amenity, easy access to the beach, the staff were friendly, very helpful and pleasant. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy a relaxing time with many places nearby to choose from to eat.

Attentive & friendly staff! No airport shuttle, but they got me a taxi quickly. Beach was nice, seems family friendly. Room was spacious had lots of amenities and US electric outlets. Grounds are well kept.

Enjoyed our stay

The staff, all the staff were amazing however the staff at restaurant were all very friendly and polite, I think the guy’s name was (SHAK) he gave exceptional service everyday! The house keepers were efficient, front desk were helpful and friendly as well. Everything was done in e timely manner, and once they told you about something they followed up to make sure it was done
