Nice room, but a little small. No bellboy, so you have to get your luggage to your room by yourself. Nice location, have coin laundries at the lobby located on the 4th floor, so it is another good facility.

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Myeongdong with my family, and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. Our room was spacious and had two queen beds, which was perfect for our family of five. We had enough room to move around and relax without feeling cramped. One of the things that we appreciated about the hotel was the coin laundry on the fourth floor. It was convenient for us to do our laundry without having to go out and find a laundromat. There were also a lot of restaurants nearby, and a Starbucks just downstairs. The hotel was located just a 10-minute walk away from Myeongdong streets, which was a popular shopping and dining area. It was also very convenient that subway exit 12 was located just in front of the hotel streets. We were able to easily explore different parts of the city without having to take a taxi. One thing to note is that the hotel turned off the AC during winter, but you can turn on the heater. If you feel hot, you can just open the window because their windows are openable. We found this to be a good feature as we could adjust the temperature to our liking. Overall, our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Myeongdong was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Seoul.

The room is clean, bed is comfy and it got everything we need. Location is good, very close to the metro station. Thank you for the early check in, appreciate it so much. The only downside is we need to wait so long for the elevator.
