Aesthetic tropical design with a taste of simplicity. Sea and beach front is a plus point for the hotel. Gorgeous sunset!!! The most commendable would be the staff friendliness and their hospitality.

The staff was very friendly and was quick to learn our names, which made the experience very personal. We had a few little things that weren’t quite right, and the staff was very fast to make it absolutely perfect every time. We stayed 2 days and then extended our stay. If you want to chill in style, this is a strong recommendation.

Resort ini pilihan sempurna sih buat kamu yang butuh healing. Dengan private beach yang tenang dan ambience yang terasa seperti ‘escape’ ke dunia lain, suasananya benar-benar bikin rileks. Memang gak ada hiburan lain selain nikmatin pantai, tapi justru itu yang bikin banyak tamu bule jatuh cinta. Satu-satunya kekurangan mungkin hanya tidak adanya kaca besar di kamar ya. Selebihnya, it’s a quiet luxury kind of stay.

Perfect Place to Escape! Salah satu resort terbaik yang ada di Lombok, bahkan menurut kami tinggal di sana untuk 2 malam pun belum cukup. Resort ini menyediakan kamar yang terbaik, sajian makanan yang nikmat, fasilitas yang di luar dugaan, serta pemandangan yang fantastis. Suasana resort yang tenang, membuat kami semakin betah berlama-lama tinggal di sini, bahkan kami mendapatkan spot sunrise dan sunset dalam satu titik yang sama. Pagi hari menyaksikan matahari terbit, sedangkan sore harinya menunggu matahari terbenam. Kami sekeluarga pun sepakat akan mengunjungi resort ini lagi ketika kami menghabiskan waktu liburan di Lombok lagi. Terima kasih Amber Resort!

Saya menginap di tipe kamar Beachfront Ocean View. Lokasi hotel ini cukup jauh dari keramaian, tapi pemandangan dan pantainya sangat bagus. Pelayanan cukup memuaskan. Untuk makanan juga sangat oke.

saya menginap 2 malam dengan kekecewaan, saya sudah memasang papan untuk dibersihkan kamar namun sampai sore kamar saya tidak dibersihkan. tidak sesuai espektasi yg ada di sosmed

I highly recommend this hotel. This hotel has direct beach access where you can enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of nature, as the surrounding area is still not very crowded. The room is very comfortable and has a simple architecture and design, which makes us feel comfy at all times. The breakfast offers both buffet and ala carte options where you can select several additional food aside from the main buffet options. Although I feel that they could have more varieties in the breakfast menu, the fried meehoon and smoothie are amazing. Although some of the staff were quite busy and could not give quick service, it is still tolerable in my opinion, as they quickly address the issue once we contacted the front desk staff. To conclude, if you are looking for a place to get away from the crowd and chill with your family or even alone, this is definitely your best option. I hope I can come back here again someday.

That's our third visit since 2022 and our experience keeps getting better. This time we came 4 nights and booked the loft which was perfect with our 2 kids. We love this hotel. Maybe to improve, the breakfast menu could be reviewed and changed because it's a bit boring day after day, but apart from that it was great.

Akses ke pantai. Kamar bersih, hanya AC kami rembes, selebihnya ok. Makan malam enak. Sarapan ok.

Oke saja sih. Saya senang suasananya, cukup tenang dan jauh dari hiruk pikuk kebisingan kota.

LOFT - 1 BR We had a terrible experience on our first night stay (03 Jan 2025). We travelled far from Rinjani and happened to check in late (arrival 19.00). We were assigned a new room that was way smaller than what we booked and the floor was hilariously wet. The Manager on duty/MOD was on the front desk when we checked in, but he did not inform us anything and also prior to our check in about the issue on Loft unit. The MOD informed us that it's Amber management decision to move us to "Suite" unit type due to some leak issue at Loft unit. We found out that it was vacant for two days and no one from Amber management bothered to schedule and fix the issue. We insisted to stay at the Loft unit and suddenly an engineer happened to be available to fix the issue (by the order of the MOD and resort manager). We booked Loft unit (bedroom with separate living room with pantry) since November 2024 and we communicated on Amber's WhatsApp number related to extra bed, weather, and situation there many times, hence nobody from Amber bothered to inform us related to the room issue and room change (The Resort Manager mentioned that they don't have my phone number to contact me - which was not TRUE!) The Manager on Duty (3rd Jan) and The Resort Manager need to improve their service and hospitality. Such a great resort but lack of proper supervision. Other staffs are incredibly friendly (F&B staffs, restaurants staffs, housekeeping staffs, receptionists, engineers). The front desk lady who worked on 4th Jan graciously informed us and moved us to the villa unit type with 2 bedrooms, the way she handled complaints should be awarded and her name is Rina. Food are delicious! The restaurant is the best facility they have in the resort. The room and bathroom cleanliness has to improve, we found some dirt here and there in the bathroom. Also, they gave us a damp towel to use for swimming (not fry towel).

Staff sangat ramah, makanan enak dan variatif, tergolong murah untuk ukuran resort. Cocok untuk staycation dan orang-orang yang tidak suka keramaian seperti saya.

This hotel is very comfortable and quiet. Very suitable for those who want to be alone or honeymoon. The hotel is busy, but not noisy, even in public areas such as the restaurant or swimming pool. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. I will definitely come back here.
