The hotel environment was cozy during my four-day staycation here. Cleanliness is still fine. There was an unpleasant incident that happened during my check out. The staff is not well trained, not knowledgeable, the first and the second staff spoke differently on the information. It truly spoiled my day. I feel extremely disappointed towards the speaking tone and dynamic of the female receptionist. She was not helpful at all, providing the wrong information, until we asked to speak to the hotel manager.

It's very convenient and near MRT. The room is big and clean. The location is also surrounded by good vibes and food.

Strategic location close to shopping places and Prince Edward B2 MTR station. Maintained cleanliness, adequate facilities, and very clean and tidy housekeeping. Overall, highly recommended for the price offered.
