I paid a decent amount, but upon arrival, the Smart TV didn’t work. At first, I thought it was just the Wi-Fi, but even by night, I couldn't enjoy the facility I paid for. No ENG staff on night shift, and IT was off on Sunday — for a hotel of this scale, shouldn’t someone be on standby?
On the second night, the TV finally worked — just before check-out — after a signal booster was installed. Why wasn’t this suggested earlier?
The sliding ceiling panel near the bathroom door was open. The glass shelf above the sink had a chipped edge that was quite sharp. I didn’t get a photo, but you can check — was I given an OOO room?
Also, I paid for one night of extra bed, but it wasn’t removed the next day until I said something. Would I have been charged again if I hadn’t mentioned it?
