The actual check-in time when we arrived was 3PM. We had to wait for that. However, 2PM is what is written in traveloka as check-in time. On the other hand, the location was good. Accessible to Ximen Station. Staffs were nice. The room went beyond my expectations.

ดีมากค่ะ ห้องแฟมิลี่ กว้าง สะอาด พนักงานทำความสะอาดเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ทุกวัน ที่ประทับใจที่สุดคือ น้องทำพาสปอร์ตหายที่สนามบิน พนักงานต้นรับโรงแรมช่วยประสานงานให้ จนเจอค่ะ

ดีค่ะ เดินทางสะดวกมากๆ ออกจาก MRT EXIT6 ก็เดินตรงมาเรื่อยๆ ประมาณ 500เมตร ที่พักอยู่ใกล้ๆกับ Starbuck ข้ามถนนไปมี 7-11 ห้องพักสะอาดดี มีพนักงานเข้ามาทำความสะอาดทุกวัน มีน้ำดื่มฟรีวันละ 2 ขวด ติดแค่เรื่องเตียงนิ่มไปหน่อยค่ะ นอนแล้วปวดหลัง ที่เหลือ Ok สมกับราคาดีค่ะ

The hotel has very poor security. My friends who were booked ahead of us were very disappointed because of the lack of customer care service. After the earthquake they experienced, the hotel management did not even checked on the guests. It was traumatizing to wake up at 5:30am due to an earthquake yet there was no hotel personnel present in the lobby who could answer your queries and concerns. And since our flights to Taipei were cancelled due to a Super Typhoon (Lekima) heading Taiwan, the hotel did not allow us any refund or other options of rescheduling our stay. They stand by their rules of no refund but they do not care on their customer's situation.

ห้องพักสะอาด ร้านอาหารบริเวณโรงแรม มีความหลากหลายและการเดินทางสะดวกสบายมาก แต่ห้องที่พักไม่มีหน้าต่างในห้องนอน และ เตียงนอนนิ่มเกินไป ถ้าคนน้ำหนักเยอะจะปวดหลังได้

พนักงานบริการดีมาก แต่เสียดายที่จองไว้แบบเตียงคู่ แต่ได้เตียงเดี่ยว โชคดีที่ไปกับเพื่อนเลยไม่เป็นไร ห้องน้ำก็โอเค น้ำแรงมาก 5555 ปล.โรงแรมนี้มีหลายสาขา หลายที่ในบริเวณนั้น ดูให้ดีๆนะจ๊ะ 😁

Lumayan, lokasi bagus, mudah akses. Gampang cari makanan.

Hotel yang bagus, berlokasi strategis dan terjangkau untuk ukuran Taipei, 10-15 menit dari MRT Ximen, 10 menit dari Ximending, kamar bersih dan lega, kamar mandi cukup luas dan bersih, bisa free flow kopi, ada mesin cuci juga, receiptionist ramah dan koorperatif, sangat puas dengan pelayanan hotel ini

The hotel is quite far from XImen Mrt, clean, good service.
