This hotel is simply "basic but done right." It's well managed, clean, good access to nearby beaches (but not in walking distance). Sufficient motorbike and car parking space (car park is next to the hotel). Definitely will come back here when visiting Bali again.

Staff was OK, room was pretty compact, with little space, more like a hostel than a hotel.

Had a very pleasent stay at Khaiyyara. The design is so pretty and aesthetic and it looks even better than the pictures. It's very clean, comfortable and relaxing.

Saya menginap 2 malam di Khaiyyara Jimbaran Bali. Staff sangat ramah, very helpful, even direkomendasikan pantai-pantai mana aja yang bagus, sangat puas, pasti kembali bersama anak-anak menginap di sini lagi karena ada villa 2 bedroom with private pool juga.

Everything's just great, the staffs are also very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, very clean and neat, as seen on photos. Very limited menus for breakfast but all tasted good. It only took 10-15 minutes rides away (with motorcycle) from the beaches and Pura Uluwatu. We really enjoyed our 3D2N honeymoon stay here, definitely will come for another stay next time. 🙂

A new gem in ungasan/uluwatu area. I was looking for an inn to check-in at 23.30, and found this hotel on one of the travel apps' list, at a very affordable price. Arrived at 23.20, greeted kindly by the security & FO staff and got directed to my room. I gota say that the overall design of this hotel is aesthetically pleasing. The atmosphere rightly makes you feel at home. The room is clean and has such a warm ambience. Totally my taste (subjective, but just look at the photos 🤭). My room has a balcony with pool view, and I could've sat there for hours and fallen asleep on the chair. That is how comfortable the space is. One thing that is lacking is probably the absence of a closed drawer for clothes. All in all, staying here was really enjoyable, and wish that I could've arrived much earlier 🙄. Btw, they have a rooftop area as well, probably for private events, as well as 2 BR private villas with private pools etc. Here's waiting for the door to be open freely again in Bali to bring my family to stay here 😁👍
