員工熱情友好，房間乾淨舒適。不過電梯並非到達所有樓層，所以可能需要走樓梯。但工作人員很樂意幫忙搬運行李！

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp. Phòng nghỉ rộng rãi và thoải mái. Nhìn ở dưới tưởng bé nhưng lên lầu 7 không gian to có khu villa ở trên đó ngắm chọn cảnh. Nhà hàng buffet sáng tuy ít món nhưng được khung cảnh nhìn núi nhìn mây chill lắm nha.

Kamar di-upgrade yang view-nya bagus. Sarapan-nya enak, beneran ada 4 hotel yang saya singgah di Vietnam. Hotel ini terbaik dan sikat giginya juga the best, lembut banget bulu sikatnya, tidak seperti sikat gigi hotel pada umumnya dan ada penghangat ruangan jadi gak dingin di sapa.

Staff was amazing. The atmosphere of the hotel was very cozy, combined with the weather in Sa Pa gives a wonderful staying experience. Breakfast was good too. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel really fits its name, anywhere they have arts/paintings in different areas. Our room got the best view outside, it is also spacious. The staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. The only problem is the hot water in the toilet, especially in the morning. You need to wait for 10 minutes and you can only use it for 15 minutes because many guests use it. We wake up earlier than we should be because the water is ice cold. I hope they will fix it. Hot water should be used anytime, especially this cold season, 3 to 6c temp that time. For now, I will give it an 8.5/10.

The location offers excellent accessibility to nearby restaurants and shops. The room's interior design exudes a cozy atmosphere, complemented by modern facilities. The staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, it would be beneficial to provide at least two pillows per guest, as one pillow is insufficient.

Khách sạn ở vị trí rất gần trung tâm. Mình chọn phòng Valleyview. Phòng thật sự rất đẹp, view tuyệt hảo. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn sáng ngon.

Kamarnya cukup luas, tidak ada AC tapi sudah dingin. Kamar yang kita pakai rusak water heater, ga bisa mandi karena terlalu dingin. Harga cukup oke. Servisnya oke, ramah dan ada yang bisa bahasa Inggris.

khách sạn tọa lạc tại vị trí trung tâm, đi bộ 1 tí là đến Sun plaza, Nhà thờ đá, khu vực nhà hàng trung tâm đường Xuân Viên. xung quanh rất nhiều quán ăn, dịch vụ.... Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Buffet sáng tuy không nhiều món nhưng chế biến ngon. khu vực nhà hàng có view nhìn sang đỉnh Fansipan rất tuyệt vời. Phòng trang trí bắt mắt, sạch sẽ.

Khách sạn đẹp sạch sẽ nhân viên nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn ở đây rất ngon sạch sẽ giá rẻ hơn ngoài các tiệm khu vực Sapa.
