商務旅行期間單人入住推薦飯店

很高興預訂了這家酒店，它非常漂亮，氣味宜人，而且毗鄰Ekocheras購物中心，用餐很方便。

住了6晚。優點：- 床很舒服，入住時很乾淨。 - 每天提供兩瓶免費水。 - 入住辦理很方便。 - 飯店旁邊就是購物中心，方便我找地方吃飯。 - 靠近Taman Mutiara地鐵站。缺點：- 淋浴間設計很差。每次洗澡，水都會從淋浴門濺出來，並弄濕地板和浴墊。我擔心半夜去上廁所會滑倒。 - 客房服務不太周到。有時他們不洗我的杯子，也不收走地板上濕漉漉的浴墊和毛巾。最後一天，他們甚至沒有幫我換新的毛巾。 - 早餐還可以，每天的菜單都不一樣。但早餐也存在和客房服務一樣的問題，工作人員不太細心。有些食物經常空著很久。這種情況不是一天，而是我入住的整整6天都是這樣！工作人員應該每隔5分鐘就巡視一下，而不是只顧著在吧台後面打電話或聊天。人其實不多。即使有「主管」在場，這種情況仍然發生。我猜他們是照上面的指示做的。 ——菜單上沒有無麩質食品。所以如果你是乳糜瀉患者，最好不要預訂含早餐的房間。 ——我最後一晚被隔壁新來的客人吵得睡不著覺，他們放的音樂聲很大，還在走廊抽煙。我向前台反映了這個問題，但他們沒有後續處理。我對一家四星級酒店的期望更高。我之前住過一家三星級飯店，他們的服務都比這家好。

儘管我下午四點就到了，但辦理入住手續的過程卻花了太長時間。

Affordable stay at a 4-star city hotel with breakfast. Great location connected to MRT and linked with a mall.

Overall room was good. The toilet however was another story. The bidet was leaking & had to remove the top to be able to use it properly. The shower area the gap between allows for the water to be flowed into the outer area thus the whole outer area will be wet & the floor towel has to be placed between the gap of outer door so that water doesn't flow into the room. i believe this should be looked into by the hotel maintenance with upmost urgency. There should also be a shelf provided to place guest own toiletries. Apart from that, it was a pleasant short stay.

Very comfortable stay. Hotel breakfast can be improved. Limited choice and doesnt look appetizing, sadly.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with a minimalist décor that felt modern and welcoming. The fresh scent throughout the lobby created a very pleasant first impression. The room itself was lovely, very comfortable, and well equipped. The coffee maker was definitely a highlight, especially for my husband, who enjoyed it a lot. Another great point is that the hotel is directly attached to a shopping mall, which made it super convenient for us to grab food and do a little window shopping. Even though we arrived late, about an hour before the mall closed, we still managed to have our dinner there without any trouble. Overall, I’d say the stay was truly worth every penny, and I’ll definitely be coming back here whenever I’m in KL.

I had such a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect with everything I needed close by and the fact that the hotel is attached to a mall made things even more convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. I truly felt at home.

Staff was courteous and friendly. We were happy with the free soft drinks besides bottled water. TV has sharp and clear images. The best so far compared with other hotels globally. Great job 👍.

The bedsheet and pillow cover a little dirty.

We arrived late at night, so tired and our card didn't work. So we had to go down to fix it. Then, next morning, requested for an iron but they took so long to deliver it, so we had to call again to remind (total time ~ 25mins). Breakfast was so-so, I'd rather get outside food. Also, the staff needs to improve their communication skill. I requested for late check out (1pm) and was given green light. At 12.30pm, staff called and asked if we are checking out at 1pm because they have customer to check in. The way he said it-as if we were wrong? He could have said it in nicer way and not offending way. Like “Sorry to have interrupt. Just to remind you that to prepare to check out at 1pm because we have other customer. Thank you”. I don't think we would come back.

Love the room. Super spacious and very clean.

Friendly and professional staff. The room is tidy and cozy. I managed to get the room in the corner so the view was great! Will come here again if I visit Malaysia.

Nice hotel… We checked in so late, it was midnight, and the girl at the receptionist allowed us to check out late before 2 p.m. She really helps and is understanding, because I was traveling with a kid… Also easy to find food since the hotel is next to the Cheras Mall…!

Perfect stay. Good hospitality.
