在吉隆坡城中城享受舒適生活

在這間酒店住了兩晚真是太棒了，非常適合帶孩子或老人出行。電梯不用排隊，員工熱情友好，飯店靠近吉隆坡城中城（KLCC）和武吉免登（Bukit Bintang），即使需要搭乘大眾運輸，車站就在飯店後面。感謝你們在吉隆坡提供的愉快體驗，下次還會再來一次。

離哪裡都很近，特別是武吉免登，步行即可到達。

適合有小孩的家庭。每周可以參加一次室內活動。這裡有雪上運動和其他運動。還有一個大型游泳池。房間寬敞，基本生活設施齊全。值得入住。

非常適合帶孩子入住。 房間氛圍舒適，能提供更高品質的休息。

感謝上帝，我們自2020年以來一直入住溫德姆酒店。這是我們第一次對浴室的氣味感到不適（3907號房－氣味刺鼻難聞）。我們已告知飯店大廳工作人員，但即使在我們分別退房4晚和3晚後，氣味仍然存在。希望飯店能改進，讓忠實顧客感到舒適滿足。謝謝，吉隆坡城中城溫德姆套房飯店。

舒適、乾淨、宜人的地方。

早餐不太好，不知道為什麼自助早餐的熱菜區都是冷的……可能是太忙了，但當時才早上7點。

整體來說，入住這家飯店的體驗不錯，尤其是房間，但考慮到價格，早餐的選擇和種類需要改進。此外，早餐時段飯店員工的服務也需要提升，如果能更周到一些就更好了。 飯店位置的不足之處在於，雖然它靠近柏威年購物中心（Pavilion），但很難叫到Grab（尤其是我帶著小孩和嬰兒），可能是因為離酒店太近，司機不願意接單——我們最後只能步行過去。建議飯店提供前往柏威年購物中心、康萊地鐵站（Conlay MRT station）以及附近其他熱門景點的接駁車服務，這將大大提升飯店的地理位置，並成為其他客人考慮入住這家飯店的重要因素。

這家飯店的員工、設施和客房都非常棒。 唯一不足之處是食物種類不夠豐富。

Staff was helpful, room was nice & clean. Had a very wonderful time here. Bought additional tickets to Wyndsport for my toddler.

The room was cozy and it had all the necessary things for a stay more than a day. we enjoyed our stay and the hotel breakfast was good

the suites are clean and big, nice to sleep.. just the location, everywhere you go.you need to walk a short distance. the playground in the suites is quite pricey. Just a small place only, ans the swimming pool for kids one also very very very small. overall is okay and acceptable

+ Lokasi ke Bukit Bintang bisa jalan kaki +/- 10 menit.+ Ruangan & layout bagus & besar.+ Lengkap ada microwave, kompor, mesin cuci baju.+ Ternyata kamarnya ada 2 (yang 1 bisa untuk kamar anak)+ Fasilitas untuk anak sangat bagus, ada playground, kolam renang, area snow (berbayar).- Toilet terkadang suka bau terutama di pagi hari, tapi kami coba tutup saluran pembuangan di wastafelnya sebelum tidur cukup membantu

Happy stay 6 malam di sini. Bersih, nyaman, dekat ke Pavilion dan KLCC, banyak akses yang adem, tidak panaas

Tempatnya sangat menarik, tipe executive seperti apartemen dan bersih. Sangat nyaman menginap di sana dan pilih lantai 27 saat tahun baru.

Pool was renovated. Walking distance to KLCC.

Family friendly, and have a lot of kitchen utensils so you can recook your food from holiday, and the place is strategic. It's near with Conlay MRT, 10 minutes by walk, and near with Pavilion cross road, just take 8 minutes by walk, and you can keep your baggage on receptionist if you have check out. Need to note you need 300MYR as deposited and 10MYR for tax tourism. Sadly, I don't have time to take a photo by the pool to get Petronas twin tower, if you go there must check the pool scenery.
