工作人員很熱情，特別是Ridzuan和Hilmi。價格：合理。清潔度：管家每天都會打掃。需要改進的地方：廁所應該安裝適當的排氣裝置，以消除異味。

員工友善，並能在需要時提供協助。

入住和退房都很方便。房間還可以，床很舒服。但是隔音效果不好，聽到其他房間的電視聲。缺點：1. 沒有飲水機；2. 整個飯店只有一個電熱水壺（需要從前台借用，用完後立即歸還）。

作為一家臨時預訂的酒店，它還不錯，而且價格也合理，住起來也算舒服。

適合學習旅行。不適合挑剔的人。

辦理入住時，我發現浴室的水龍頭壞了。水一直流出來，水壓產生的噪音非常擾人。我立即告知了前台，但直到第二天退房時才有人處理。最後，我只好自己用繩子把水龍頭綁了起來。

這家旅館價格實惠，適合學生入住，特別適合預算緊張或需要短期住宿的學生。就性價比而言，它還不錯。 然而，舒適度卻不盡人意，尤其是在清潔方面。有時地板會感覺濕滑，馬桶也清潔不徹底，這影響了入住體驗。 總的來說，這家飯店可能適合預算有限、短期停留的客人，但亟需改善清潔度和浴室維護，以提升客人的入住舒適度。

辦理入住時，工作人員態度友好，辦事效率很高。附近餐廳和商店林立，購買食物和其他生活必需品非常方便。

Aircond very function sejuk. The toilet was abit dirty n smelly came from jamban maybe i dunno, bawah sink ada nyamuk tapi dia not disturb me isokey. U can go pusing pusing to makan around hotel.

Super comfortable & the receptionist knows us every time we came there to check in. So far, the service is so good.

Toilet kena improve, banyak leaking

The staff was friendly and accomodating to your certain request. It was a comfortable stay for a one-night stay. The toilet wasn't super clean but okay, and the smell is tolerable after several uses and flushes. There's an iron in front of the staff room on level 1 beside the lift. Overall, it's worth the pay.

The staff were very helpful and considerate. The room was good enough for a solo trip. Will stay again in future.

Staff nice but toilet smelly, last day stay whole building blackout. Plug only one but cannot use.
