酒店不错，有适合儿童的游泳池

第一印象不错。行李员很乐于助人。柜台服务不太好，早餐时工作人员也不太友好。 我对酒店的菜品选择有点失望。我预订这家酒店是因为我在抖音上看到很多评论说他们菜品选择很多，但其实并没有。我唯一能给一星的只有面条汤。其他的呢？不给，谢谢。所有东西都不新鲜，而且看得出来是廉价食品。 还有，你们做饭或工作的时候，请不要和其他人一起玩。我敢打赌这是五星级酒店？所以，是的。

我在这家酒店住过四次以上，包括翻新前后。从入住、客房、早餐、泳池到退房，我都非常满意。 房价非常合理。酒店员工乐于助人，效率很高。房间宽敞舒适，景色优美。 房间外的景色优美，可以俯瞰高尔夫球场。 宽敞明亮的儿童泳池区，孩子们玩得非常开心，还有一个全新的游乐场。 早餐提供各种食物和饮品。食物种类繁多，美味可口。此外，早餐时段的咖啡厅干净、宽敞、舒适。

如此宁静放松。虽然是公共假期，但人不多，我很喜欢这里。泳池不像一些酒店那样拥挤。房间整洁漂亮，幸运的是我订的是楼下的房间，孩子们很喜欢去泳池和早餐店。对于住在雪兰莪州但不想走太远的人来说，这家酒店真的非常值得。工作人员Jervis的服务很棒！

五个字：太棒了 一切都很棒 我一定会再来这里，尤其是打高尔夫的时候

The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The large room makes movement within the room very comfortable. The room was well equipped with a water boiler and safe deposit box. My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large, and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable, and I like the color and the decoration in the room. It was very tastefully done, and to me, many will like it. I found the reception staff very friendly, fast, and obliging. I was very happy to be given a late check-out after my small request. My family and I were very happy and pleased with one day stay. Food unbelievable, a lot of variety for Ramadan Buffet.

Reasonable price with good services. From check in until check out all good. Food also good. I love their ambient air. Fresh.

The hotel was under renovation until next year. I got a room same level with the temporary front desk. The check in process was very smooth. The indian girl was very helpful. The room was nice, clean and I love the super comfy bed. I thing I don't like was the TV channel 🤣. The movie channel don't have audio. Even the room furniture was old but it was very clean. The room complete with iron, iron board, hair dryer and refrigerator. The room also have bath tub. I don't aspect 🤣 because no picture. Next morning I went to breakfast. The hotel provide buggy service to the restaurant. The food was yummy. I will come again after they settle the renovation.

The view was amazing, the service was great. Anyhow there is a lil concern on the cleanliness. My room carpet was wet at some area but since the area was beside the bed and was not at the walking area I just bear with it. But, the food was great. Everything else was great. Oh, since there is a renovation. We need to go to the club house for swimming pool, the rules there is tighter for me compared to other hotel swimming pool in which only person with actual swimming attire can enter the pool. You can't enter the pool if you wear other than swimming attire such as jersey.

We loved the stay. Staffs were friendly and very helpful, even greeted us with smile. Id is a bit outdated and cleanliness can be improved. We love the duplex suite, kids love the spiral stairs.

Love the breakfast, so many choices! Room was OK 3/5, a lil bit old furnishing, gloomy and pipe is not functioning. Other than that, good!

Last minute booking. Perkhidmatan terbaik dari staff hotel, bilik yang selesa, fasiliti yang baik terutama kolam, makanan yang just nice. Cuma pemandangan di malam hari agak suram (bilik bawah), apa pun terbaik. Thank you very much.
