good location by the beach....

Lovely stay at Intercon Sanur!

We stayed for four nights. We had to ask for new towels, toilet amenities, and coffee/tea replenishment every day. Water pressure for shower could have been improved. Wardrobe furniture was pretty old. Food for breakfast was good, some were made to order. They could have improved on the waiting time. The good thing about this hotel is the location and spacious room.

Ini ke-2 kalinya saya menginap di hotel ini. Pesan saya, cleaning service sesekali memeriksa roda-roda pintu, kawung, kran dan lain-lain, sehingga kalau ada yang tidak pas, bisa diperbaiki oleh teknisi. Secara keseluruhan oke semua, saya suka. Terima kasih atas keramahtamahannya.

Was here for holiday trip with my family and 1 kid. The room was spacious and big! We love the renewed interior room and the bathroom also have a big space. Love the hotel breakfast with a lot of food variety and the staff hotel was nice and friendly!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The room is spacious, and comes with beautiful balcony. The hotel is situated at strategic location in Sanur. However, when we arrived the check in time was delayed 45 mins, so we had to wait outdoor during very hot weather. On the third night, the water pump did not work properly, so we could not take a bath. We had to call technician to fix the issue. After the technician came, the issue was resolved, but it took almost an hour to fix the problem.

Spacious hotel room with balcony. Need to improve house keeping work. Friendly restaurant staff very helpful
