Hotel location near culinary places, mosque and Johor zoo

I enjoyed the staycation here. This is my 2nd time staying here for outstation. Staff are helpful and friendly. The menu for breakfast has been upgraded, which is better than last month. Thanks for having me here.

Hotel yang bersih & terang, namun Ukurannya Kecil. Sangat recommended untuk orang yang suka hotel bersih nyaman dan simple. Kasur yg nyaman (tidak lembek) dg sprei yg putih bersih seperti masih baru. Banyak lampu (terang) & stop kontak sehingga mudah untuk charge gadget. Posisi AC kurang tepat karena mengarah ke tempat tidur. Posisi Wastafel di dalam kamar (di luar bathroom), uncommon tetapi praktis karena tidak mengganggu aktivitas di kamar mandi. Closet room terpisah dg bathroom. Bersih dan simple tapi tidak disediakan sabun & gantungan baju Kamar mandi dengan warna keramik dinding putih hijau dan lantai cream serta tidak ada furniture kayu di dalamnya sehingga kamar mandi terlihat bersih, segar, & terang. Tersedia rak kaca untuk baju/handuk, tetapi tidak ada gantungan handuk. Terdapat beberapa tambalan yg tidak rapi pada furniture kayu di dalam kamar tidur sehingga kurang estetik. Lokasi : tidak banyak tempat makan yg bisa dikunjungi dengan berjalan kaki, lingkungan sekitar adalah perkantoran ( gelap pada malam hari ). Secara keseluruhan : Hotel yg nyaman & bersih.

Due to recent flooding in Johor Bahru, I reached out to the hotel via email on 12Jan to request booking refund for stay on 18Jan considering that the flood might impact accessibility of the hotel. I didn't get any response and was hoping that IHG had better customer service and at least respond to requests/queries, regardless of the decision to accept the refund or not. This disappointed me as repeat customer of IHG in other sites.

Good place to stay with family. I booked a room with 2 bedrooms and it was quite big for a family of 4. Also, there was a sofa, microwave, and cutlery set. You can walk to Tan Hiok Street, one of the tourism spots in JB.

The 2 bedroom suite was value for money. Clean and comfy with really cold adjustable air conditioner. Breakfast was OK. Perhaps can be better in terms of the quality of the food served. Overall, good hotel to stay in at JB. Will visit again.

Great room service and food is good but lamb chop not available on day of stay. The shuttle bus frequency should be improved to better appeal to business travellers.

Room is small but has all necessities. Breakfast included as well, but location a bit secluded area-not recommended to go out alone at night. Had to pay tax of 10RM per night

Service: good. Room: small and compact. Having sinki nxt to the bed was quite weird. Toothbrush, hair dryer, provided in the room. Parking: provided for guest. I had no problem getting parking spot.

Very good hotel, value for money, located quite in the middle of jb city. Reception, room, breakfast every is excellent, if you drive or ride your own vehicle, you might need a touchngo card to enter parking lot.

Great experience staying at this hotel. Descend options of breakfast. Recommended for those looking for walking distance attractions nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.
