the smell.... as soon as you get in, there is a smell.... they spray perfume through the ventilation system and it stinks.... The place is well located, but can't stand that smell...its like unclean carpet....

Beau séjour a l'hôtel Times. Très tranquille. Nous avons eu la chambre en avance. Très bon service. Point négatif. J'ai pris la bouteille d'eau offerte sur le comptoir de la salle de bain. Ce n'était pas gratuit. Elle m'a été chargée .

L’hôtel était très propre, bien aménagé et récent. J’ai cependant dû demander deux changements de chambre consécutifs à l’arrivée, le premier car il n’y avait pas de douche dans la chambre (un bain avec un rideau?), le deuxième car je ne pouvait pas contrôler la température (panneau brisé). Finalement, même dans la troisième chambre avec un panneau fonctionnel, j’ai fini par comprendre que l’hôtel bloque le contrôle de la température et souhaite que nous nous adressions à la réception pour TOUT changement (ex : passer de 22 degrés à 21 degrés). Ça a été le principal irritant de mon séjour.

La tv ne fonctionnait pas de la soiree et air climatisé barrer a 20 degrés donc trop chaud pour dormir car 30 avec humidex exterieur

Overall the stay was great…

Spacious rooms with large windows, a clean and modern minimalist design, and a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel lobby and amenities are beautifully designed and create a welcoming ambiance. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. There was plenty of parking available, which made arriving by car easy. The hotel is also conveniently located near shops, gas stations, and a large plaza with a great selection of restaurants.

The whole place's premium color is black , Wow! that's heavy!...with disco lighting. I asked for a room with wood floors No carpet, They didn't have any or maybe it was just those days, there was no kettle ( and I asked) I had to run downstairs for boiled water all the time... the elevators and the carpet in my room smelled of feet... Microplastics everywhere: the couch, the cushions, carpet 50% polyester sheets... they call it a luxury hotel but they don't know what that is... the price /quality doesn't match...

We stayed for two nights, there was no housekeeping during the day. Its was somewhere written that we should ask for housekeeping. Thats weird! Swimming pool was a small one. There were two couples literally 'making out' in the swimming pool and I went with my family accidentally. Luckily it was just me who saw that. I told my kids to stay away from the pool. They were disappointed. Its not the property's fault but a simple common sense from customers is lacking. The door cannot be locked in the washroom, there is literally no fan in the washroom. The shower doesn't have a door that prevents water from spilling out. The property by itself is nice but there are very tiny things that need to be addressed.
