The spa was clean and pleasant. Room was spacious with thoughtful touches- like blankets for the balcony.

Perfect in every way. Beautiful location. Excellent rooms. Easy/plentiful parking. Attentive staff/service. Used the free shuttle bus into Salcombe which was an excellent addition. The food was delicious.

Very nice Hotel. Staff were all on point. Nice to get a “Meet & Greet” at the entrance. Good location with lovely views. Food was very good although it was a limited menu and we struggled with variety after a few days. Breakfast buffet was also very good. We will be returning.

Beautiful beach front hotel with a gorgeous pool and spa, the extra little touches made it even more special, things like welly's available for sandy beach walks, shuttle bus into Salcombe and the free glass of Gin in your room on arrival with ice already there. Would definitely recommend as a romantic break away or fun with family (there are set times in the pool for children, so works for all)

Clean room, lovely spa and continental breakfast. Staff were really friendly, Daniel who drove us into town with the free shuttle service was very helpful and gave us information about places to go.

Very good hotel with stunning views. Lovely pool although the jacuzzi was cold on the last day. Let down my the most basic continental breakfast I’ve ever seen. Continental meats & some different cheeses & breads would be acceptable but ham, cheddar, roll etc. you

We had a great mini break over the new year period. Room was lovely with beautiful sea views. We had our evening meals at the hotel for both nights and food was delicious. Lots of variety and choice in the continental breakfast option also. Great location for coastal walks and the complimentary mini bus was nice to have. Staff very friendly and super helpful. All in all, a brilliant few days away to recharge after a busy Christmas. Will definitely return.

Communication was a bit lacking in terms of changed hours for breakfast and missed last shuttle service into town. Aside from that, all excellent.

Wonderful hotel, great condition. Our room had stunning views and the staff were superb (especially Dan). Slight disappointment that they ran out of GF breakfast options on day 2, even tho we'd had on day one and they knew we were staying 2 nights, but this was recovered well.

Fantastic stay overall, the location is perfect and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The staff were brilliant too; despite what some previous reviews have said, the restaurant team may be young, but they’re extremely welcoming, hardworking, and far from inexperienced. Just a small note for future guests: if you prefer a more filling breakfast, be prepared to pay an extra £10 for the full option, as the continental selection is quite limited. That said, everything offered was very fresh and nicely presented. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

unsafe Wi-Fi; no password protection. I advise guests not to use it unless they have a VPN. Hot breakfast can be expensive depend on what you have; it's a flat £10 charge. Utensils and tables could be cleaner. Did not feel we received the room package we booked. Carpet fairly stained in the entrance to the bedroom and the bathroom was permeated with a sporadic drain odour which we highlighted to the front desk but there was no response during our stay.
