Great service, good food, breakfast a 5 star hotel!!

Lovely modern hotel with helpful friendly staff. A nice walk into the square where there are lots of bars and restaurants.

Lovely aspect on arrival, organised transport from the airport. Room was ready on arrival so early check in! Lovely staff, very clean. Only niggle was the temperature of the hot breakfast items. Very spacious room with good facilities. Local shop nearby & restaurants, cheap ride in to town.

Dejligt hotel, alt spillede - værelserne godt indrettet med lækker terasse. Sov virkelig godt i sengen. Badeværelset med stor bruse niche og bord med dobbelt håndvask.

Et veldig fint hotell på topp nivå. Aldri vært på et finere hotell, standard rom er en liten leilighet. Sengene er magiske, myke, deilige og komfortable. Jeg kommer tilbake, og anbefaler alle på det sterkeste.

Ótima acomodação e também a vista ao verde! A varanda? Incrível. Excelente. O café da manhã? Formidável. Gostei!!!

Very nice, spacey and clean rooms. Professional and welcoming reception staff. Nice restaurant with good food but not always good service. Young man with long hair had a service attitude like in a youth pub. Elder heavier man hat perfect service attitude and attention. Nice pool area unfortunately the floors including in the locker room are alway wet and dangerous slippery with the hotels one time use slippers. There is only someone there to maintain during the maintnance hour between 1-2 pm. even tough the woman at the desk had sufficient time. Location os a bot off but easy to the center by tram or bolt.

Our stay at this property was just dreamy. We receive free upgrade of our room on arrival due to it being my partner’s birthday. The room was amazing, spacious and clean. The staff were always warm and welcoming, happy to help with any enquiries we had. Even helping to accommodate us with an early check in due to our flight times. The hotel its self was stunning, the breakfast options were plentiful. My favourite part of the stay has to be the self serve lavender they put out in the evening, where you’re able to fill a pouch with dried lavender to take to your room. I thought this was a beautiful touch. Thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing!

Hôtel qui semble joli de l’extérieur, mais la réalité est tout autre. Le service est médiocre et absolument pas à la hauteur du prix payé. À chaque passage dans les couloirs et près des escaliers, des plateaux de nourriture abandonnés traînaient, dégageant une odeur désagréable. Dans notre chambre, les boîtes de lait fournies étaient périmées, je l’ai signalé à la réception mais aucun remplacement n’a été fait. Au petit-déjeuner, la macédoine avait un goût tourné, comme un produit avarié. J’ai demandé au personnel de la retirer du buffet par mesure de sécurité, surtout pour les enfants, mais elle y est restée. Aucun service pour monter les bagages : quand j’ai demandé de l’aide, la réceptionniste m’a répondu sèchement que des chariots étaient à disposition, “comme à l’aéroport”. Ce genre de réponse en dit long sur le sens de l’accueil… La chambre laissait à désirer : tache sur le drap, salle de bain pas très propre, terrasse sale alors que j’avais justement choisi une chambre avec terrasse en pensant profiter du confort. Les fauteuils étaient sales, les meubles abîmés. Très déçue. Cet hôtel ne mérite ni son prix ni ses étoiles.

Veldig fint og rent hotell. 2 småting: veldig lite trykk i dusjen og senga var veldig nedlegget og vond. Ellers veldig bra hotell.

Lovely stay! I popped in for one night before a flight, the hotel was nice, clean, and very quiet. There’s also a really nice restaurant on-site. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous stay. The restaurant was great. Our bed was a bit to soft for my husband and I that was the only thing! The pool/sauna was so nice to have after exploring all day 10+

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Mit der Strassenbahn hat man eine gute und schnelle Anbindung ins Zentrum. Unser Sohn (3) war vor allem vom Pool und dem Indoorspielplatz begeistert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war jedoch immer sehr zerstreut, jedes Gespräch war wirr und oftmals ergebnislos. Direkt nebenan ist ein kleiner Shop mit Snacks und Getränken. Insgesamt empfehlenswertes Hotel.
