This is a newish property, excellent for access to NSW University for a function. We stayed overnight great pizza shop nearby. Garage suitable for small to medium cars. Excellent phone support for codes for access. A corkscrew would have been useful in the cutlery draw which was also missing a fork. Easy drive down Arden St for breakfast at Coogee. Lift was locked off.

There was no lift access from the car park under the building. When we arrived it was dark. The stairs were exposed to the elements,it was raining. They were dark, wet, steep, dirty and slippery. Health, safety, COVID risk = extreme. Our unit was tiny. It had a king bed. One chair only. No crockery. Minimal soap and toilet paper. No tissues.Sink was inaccessible. Cleaning teeth was an exercise in futility - couldn’t spit in sink so spat in toilet. No face washers. Microwave badly placed. Not a standard issue. No instructions. To operate it, lie down on the floor. Fire risk = high. No fire escape at south end of building. Balcony useless- either too sunny or too wet. Noise could be heard from other units. DON’T STAY HERE.

Overall, property was well presented & comfortable. Disappointing was that notwithstanding contactless entry, the unit was ready for access at specified time but communication of access codes had to be chased up after the agreed access time.
