Location couldn't have been better. Spotless room towels plenty,and soft, love the little toiletries. Only couple of negatives the bathroom was beautiful, but needs bigger shower head spolit it abit, need towel rail next to the sink, and mayb shelf in the shower to put toiletries, and towel rail at the end of the bath.

Stayed in room 6 beautifully furnished loved colour scheme great view of the pier and the sea from our window. Everything was very clean and the bed comfortable. Great breakfast each morning just a few yards down the road, think it was called Coffi. Parking is a bit of an issue. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

This is a lovely location and the service is outstanding.

Room 6 - The room itself was great. The mattress was too soft and rocked side to side when either of us turned in our sleep. It was July and the room was hot, sun was out in Wales! A fan was provided although a large industrial one with 3 speeds, loud, louder and helicopter! Couldn’t have it on whilst sleeping. I have stayed here before and will again as it’s convenient for me. Hopefully not room 6 though

Good place nice location. Parking is in streets behind place 5 mins away. Clean tidy and quiet. Would stay again.

Great location and easy to commute into Cardiff by train. Would definitely stay again in future.

The room was amazing spacious and clean to a high standard. My only issue was we paid for a sea view but had a call to say someone had booked 2 mins before myself and the sea view room had been taken. No offer of a refunded as we paid extra for the sea view that we didn’t get.

This property was a brilliant get away and lived up to all expectations and beyond would definitely recommend and we will be definitely better returning in the future

The check in procedure was fraught as I needed to revise the payment card registered with Expedia. This was not notified to me until an hour before arrival. Very stressful!! There is a Fire Escape green light on the bedroom ceiling which is very bright and stopped us sleeping!

A lovely trip away for my partners birthday. We had a sea view room and it was exceptional. The British weather can’t be helped but the view was still great. My only struggle was with the parking as it wasn’t super clear where the parking was at the rear.

Nice rooms, very spacious and well laid out. Nice and clean but...only cleaned/made up every other day. Tv is a smart tv with apps that you have to be able to log into. Which means no terrestrial tv and can't even watch the news. The emergency fire escape light was so bright it kept me awake. I'll use again at last minute if the price is right but otherwise will use an alternative

We stayed as wanted to be local to Home James Sommerin Restaurant. Was 10 minute walk. Easy check in and check out and great communication.

The property was so good Loved the room and the bathroom was so good. Well maintained and easy to check in, lots of parking spaces available near to the property. Only issue was wifi, the speed was so bad and there was no network in that area.
