早餐非常混亂，用餐未完位置会被搶佔，食物選擇不多，主要都是澱粉類，味道也非常一般。 房間陽台門是不能完全閉合，五星酒店冰箱沒有飲料。酒店內有人抽煙也沒有人管理。

整體而言，不論設施，環境等都非常滿意。而且與高鐵站距離亦不遠。有機會一定會再次入住。

空調不理，床褥太軟

1）自助早及晚餐食物味道並不是五星級質數，最多只可給與兩星分數，明顯廚團內並沒有一流廚師。 2）酒店大堂及通道環境寬大舒適，值得一讚！ 3）房間空調循環不好，房間悶熱，找來維修人員跟進，他說溫度會慢慢涼快起來的。但整晚並沒有改善，深夜也被熱醒了！ 4）床褥及床枕等質量並不配為五星級，只是一些平價品質，所以整晚也未能好好熟睡。

酒店很新, 設備常規, 不夠細緻, 如露台的玻璃門鎖鬆了, 也不能鎖上。酒店的早餐地方寬敞位多, 食品種類也很豐富, 讚! 因為是新發展區, 酒店外面很靜, 冇人, 車也很少, 對面街的小區有一些食店, 和"包有料酒樓", 只見酒樓內沒有食客也不敢進去。唯一最方便的是叫車非常快, 幾乎不用等, 去哪兒都不過是幾元至幾十元而已。

酒店位置屬於新開發區，地方十分偏僻，附近很小食市，沒有購物商場，只有一堆堆等建築，等售賣和等入伙的屋宇。 無奈只可選擇酒店內的中餐廳個西餐廳，西餐廳的自助餐價錢合理，食物豐富。 房間裝修新，設備好。

退房時，服務員效率很好＇
