I love everything about this hotel. It’s in a great location, so close to cafes and restaurants. Old Montreal is a 10 min walk. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. If I were nitpicking, the elevator is really loud.

Comfortable walk to Jazz fest sites and Bell Centre. Lovely bakery on ground floor with excellent coffee. Outdoor pool with limited seating. Pool side beverage service when bar/restaurant was open. Outdoor cold tub for post-sauna or just to cool off. Full spa including RMTs, facials, mani-pedis with average price range. Secured elevators to rooms. Definitely plan to book again next year.

The Humaniti Hotel was perfectly located for our visit to Montreal. The staff were helpful and kind, our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We loved the hotel amenities, which included the pool and rooftop bar, the restaurants on the second floor, and the coffee shop on the main level. We would definitely stay at Humaniti Hotel if visiting Montreal again.

Second time here and everything was perfect, except the total overcrowding at the pool. Also pool temperature on our first day was perfect. Second day (Saturday), it was bath water and totally not refreshing. No where to find a seat. Saturday the pool experience was VERY disappointing. Only other suggestion is it would be helpful if the front of house staff was familiar with and could answer questions, offer suggestions, etc. to visitors from out of town like us. One gentleman at the front desk was from Morocco I believe. Very kind, but clueless about Montreal. Unfortunately, Kevin, at concierge desk was not in to help (we did connect later that day though and he is terrific too).

Great spot. Nice clean rooms. Parking on site. Pool is a bit of a miss. Very small. Like 10 chairs. Good luck finding an enjoyable spot to sit. Other than that great place.

Beautiful, clean, comfy hotel in a great location downtown Montreal. There are cafes, paid parking, close to the metro, grocery store and two green space / parks to sit in. The hotel staff were very helpful. The beds very comfortable. The medium size outdoor pool, sauna, cold plunge are maintained and clean, they are obviously busy but I did find a spot to relax fairly easily. Especially in the morning when it’s quiet. There is also a roof top restaurant that delivers drinks and food to the pool area. Being in the middle of the city, the pool has periods of sun because of the other buildings around. You must bring the towel from your room, which is a bit annoying. The only real feedback I would give for the hotel is the perfume or air freshener in the lobby. It’s overwhelmingly strong. Otherwise great experience!

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I loved the coffee shop attached to it and the pool was very relaxing.

The pool and the gym was perfect ! The room was dusty but overall clean.

Great location to explore Montreal from. We were there during the Jazz Festival but didn’t find the late night festivities disruptive. Hotel is well maintained and there’s a very nice gym. The pool is much smaller than it looks in the hotel’s photos so it can be hard to snag a chair. It was also quite cloudy suggesting that it hadn’t been cleaned well/enoigh/frequently. The staff is great. It’s nice having a cafe-boulangerie in the hotel. Cafe Ange isn’t anything to write home about but it hits the spot when you want a quick coffee and snack. All in all, a good spot.

It wasn’t anything special, it wasn’t bad but for the money I paid, it should have been amazing. I kind of got the feeling that it was a AC Marriott hotel which is normally a 3 star hotel.

Nice place but the building maintenance was not good. We were there three nights, two off them had a fire alarm go off in the night. We had to evacuate and it was a false alarm both times. Really bad experience not going bark.

Our stay was unfortunately impacted by several issues. The fire alarm went off on two separate nights during our three-night stay, waking our baby each time and forcing us to evacuate by walking down 19 flights of stairs. This significantly disrupted our trip and made what should have been a relaxing stay very stressful. Given that this happened on two of the three nights, I believe some form of compensation or discount would have been appropriate. Additionally, the parking fee of $50 per day felt excessive, especially considering the overall experience.
