We had a great stay

Das Resort ist ganz große Klasse. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist phänomenal und auch das Abendessen sehr einfallsreich, abwechlungsreich nd ausgesprochen schmackhaft. Unsere Bedienung Pierina war äusserst freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Es ist schwer zu sagen, ob der wunderschöne Garten mit großen Schwimmteich und seinen vielfältigen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten dem umwerfende, Wellnessbereich bei dem es an nichts fehlt den Rang abläuft. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Wunderschönes Hotel, mit sehr leckerem Essen und ein Ort zum runterkommen :) Immer wieder! Spa Bereich ist eine 5 von 5!

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, large rooms, great breakfast & dinner. Good location for 10 mins walk to ski lifts or short bus ride. Loved the inifity pool with mountain views!

Personal im Restaurant hätte aufmerksamer sein können. Auch an der Reception etwas mehr Freundlichkeit, unsere Gästekarte haben wir erst auf Verlangen bekommen.

Spa Bereich ist super

Food was excellent with a good variety over the 7 days we were here. The spa is incredible after a day skiing. The service was hit and miss. Our waiter was great but the night he was off the substitute waitress was terrible. We experienced two eye rolling moments, from the staff!! Once when they brought an incorrect water bottle. The second time on checkout at reception. We had paid €70 to use the spa after checkout (11am) and our airport transfer 2:45pm. They said they had run out for bathrobes for the Spa and asked us to go back to our apartment to get ours however we informed them that our robes in the apartment were on the floor of the bathroom so they were wet. (As reception asked us to do 2 days earlier when I booked the Spa) eyes rolled again. The lady in the lounge bar was excellent and made great cocktails with very friendly service. Despite the occasional service hiccups we’d defiantly come back.

Wonderful hotel! Breakfasts and dinners are fantastic, pools and spas are amazing, rooms we clean and well maintained, staff is attentive. We will definitely be back!
