En la publicidad del hotel, ofrecen amenidades y no proporcionan solo jabón de manos . Hubo que pedir shampoo y acondicionador. No dan nada mas. Decoración temática de selva, máscaras que no vienen al caso. Decoración de mal gusto. No lo recomiendo para nada!

Great hotel near vatican

Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Roof top bar / restaurant was average and expensive. Rooms are nice but somehow had mosquitos. Great location, safe and walkable.

Eveyone was very welcoming ! The staff was really nice and the food options were great! Really enjoyed our stay in Rome! The parking garage was safe as well!

The hotel and room were clean and beds were super comfortable. The distance to public transportation was great. Not really close to tourist attractions but the easily accessible train and bus, made it a breeze. Nice rooftop too! The surrounding area was a little bit of an eyesore but it was safe nonetheless. It’s obvious that neighborhood is Rome is in the midst of gentrification.

Hotel mal conservado. Segunda vez que fico no mesmo ano e a diferença foi absurda. Porta do banheiro quebrada, infiltração. Antes colocavam água e biscoitos diariamente, agora só água no início da estadia. Um mísero sabonete em barra que dizem ser shampoo, condicionador e sabonete. Café da manhã deu uma grande caída tanto no atendimento quanto na qualidade.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold og da vi mistede en taske i en taxa, var Mirko fra receptionen helt fantastisk hjælpsom og fik vores taske retur. Helt sikkert et sted vi ville komme igen

Great staff, great hotel. If you want to be close to the Vatican it is perfect. Too far walk wise if you want to be in the heart of Rome, for the restaurants and night life. But overall a great stay.

Nice accommodating property and staff. Unfortunately, our room A/C didnt work so the room was steamy and hard to sleep in.

Nice hotel, front desk staff are exceptional and helpful. Rooftop bar staff are rude and slow and don't care if you're served. The breakfast is good but is disorganized with ine barista trying to serve hundreds.

Hotel was clean great location,food was great rooftop bar was fun!! Less crowded then other areas and the ppl are locals sitting at the café socializing!everyone was very welcoming

Hôtel très accueillant du personnel et à proximité de la station de métro pour accès facile au centre de Rome et Vatican.

Loved the hotel! Room was large and comfortable! Loved our balcony! Staff was friendly and very helpful! It wasn’t near any attractions! Had to take a taxi everywhere! The positive is when you were sick of crowds it was an oasis!

I liked the proximity to the Metro, 5min walk. The hotel restaurant has decent food and they’re open until 11pm.

Mama Shelter aims that guests feel nurtured, taken care of and inspired, yet I think there are some problems with the concept that I couldn't quite understand. No room service. They cannot deliver pizza from the restaurant down below although the QR code menus are presented within the room. Confusing. Pool/gym area needs to be booked in advance. (It felt like I was the only one showing up with an actual booking as families overcrowded the gym and pool) A critical note: The pool was the main reason I booked Mama Shelter, but was disappointed as it didn't give that "exclusive" feeling as advertised due to kids screaming and playing in the pool. As the area is indoors, there is a lot of echo and it gets noisier. An important heads-up for those considering booking here. Although I know this is not an adults-only hotel, I feel like kids should not be without parental control in the pool area, or some hours can be reserved for kids to make it more exclusive for other guests. A big plus: The staff working at the reception and at the rooftop bar are absolute professionals. Everything got handled quite well, they know. wheat they are doing. All in all, I enjoyed my stay, yet it was different than what I expected of the whole experience.
