Super helpful and friendly staff. The hotel has a cosy villa feel but within a well maintained, clean, easy going hotel. Great included breakfast, with fantastic Italian coffee! We definitely recommend and would like to return. One note; book Taxis in advance and prepare for the prices. Otherwise a lovely visit to Sardinia. I hope to return for sure!

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la plage et des commerces. L'environnement et la piscine sont très agréables. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Les salles de bain mériteraient d'être modernisées. En revanche, le service n'est pas du tout à la hauteur des attentes d'un hôtel de cette catégorie : parking payant (alors que les possibilités de stationner proche de l'hôtel en dehors de ce parking sont inexistantes ou payantes), absence de coordination à la réception (les demandes ne sont pas transmises d'une personne à l'autre), incapacité à fournir un petit déjeuner à emporter pour un départ tôt le matin (7h) alors que la demande a été formulée la veille, incapacité à proposer des solutions face une annulation répétée d'excursion proposée par l'hôtel. Compte-tenu de la catégorie de l'hôtel et des tarifs, on est en droit d'attendre beaucoup mieux.

We stayed at Hotel Punta Est already twice and every time it has been a great experience. This year even more than last year - we stayed 8 days and felt directly very welcomed, the room was already ready for check-in upon arrival at 11:30 am so the vacations could not have started better. Throughout our stay the staff at the reception (especially Khadija) and at the the restaurant have been very, very attentive, super friendly and professional, even bringing me vegan croissants at the table after mentioning one morning that that is all I want to have for breakfast. One more mention: the hotel is perfectly located, only a few walking minutes to the beautiful Baja Sardinia beach, 15 min walking distance to Phi Beach and 10 min walking distance to Ritual. Great restaurants also around as well as a big supermarket - all in walking distance. All in all, our stay could not have been better! Many thanks and we already intend to come back for 3 more days at the end of August. I guess the hotel became our home when in Sardinia!

Experience and ambience was incredible. Everything was walkable and loved all the little shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach.

Nous avons réservé et payées en sept 2024 une suite de LUXE et on nous a declasé sans motifs disant que c’est EXPÉDIA LE RESPONSABLE sans s’excuser et même un employé qui a suivit nous a dit que le «  manager est un BATARD IRRESPECTUEUX »aucun geste commercial LE choix de la suite de luxe a été fait car un des adulte est médicalement appareillé et a besoin de place dans un lit double SEUL et il a eut un sofa de 80 cm de large et a passé 6 nuits réveillé avec son respirateur NOUS avions choisit volontairement un lit double et deux lits simples !! Dès septembre 2024 ON nous a aussi reproché d’avoir voulu déclarer un enfant de 14 ans pour celui de 12 ans alors que sur expédia les enfants le sont jusqu’à 17 ans et nous avions bien mit 14 EN GROS ON A ESSAYÉ DE PASSER NOTRE FILS GRATUITEMENT !!!!! On nous a traité de VOLEUR!!alors oui PUNTA EST la direction se fou de nous et irrespectueusement même leur employées le traite de « batard!! » ces mots sont les leur!!! Même pas excusez nous d’avoir donné la suite de luxe à d’autres personnes alors que nous y sommes pour 6 nuits RIEN !!!! Un établissement très mal géré par quelqu’un qui nous a donné 4 RDV pour en discuté et nous a promené les 4 fois pour ne pas nous rencontrer !! Il a fallut tomber sur lui par hasard et il nous a pas laissé parler et même hurler dessus !!! Nous leur avons aussi écrit MAIS RIEN ON ÉTAIT DE LA M…

The receptionist were inefficient rude and even colluded with taxi driver to pocket additional money from my ride adding fees they refused to give me receipt for. I later found out the fee was an addition to the rate they pocketed. Staff was inefficient even in the bar area, lazy and hostile to every request. This isn’t a 4 star hotel.

Great location, cheap(given the location), amazing view. The hotel is a bit old, but it’s still very clean. Breakfast is decent, but the staff is very welcoming and service oriented.

My wife and I were excited to stay at this property. Unfortunately the hotel is very underwhelming. We paid for a suite with ocean view. You have no privacy with your neighbours as there is no separation on the balcony from your neighbors. When we first went onto our patio we could see our neighbours sitting on their balcony 5 feet away from us. It was very awkward not having privacy on your own patio. You can see all of your neighbors sitting on their patios. Very awkward. Twice I went to the pool bar for espresso in the morning and no staff was present. I asked the concierge where I can get an espresso and she told me the pool bar, so we went back, nobody there. She then told me the staff was having lunch so go back later when they are finished. That struck me as odd. Did not realize I had to follow the staffs lunch schedule to get a coffee at 10am. The breakfast buffet was very underwhelming. Small portions of food, run out of bread, bugs everywhere and they do not clean your table of dishes while you're eating. The most frustrating aspect was I kept complaining the Air Conditining in the room was not working properly. It would turn off completely after 1 hour. Maybe this was a way the hotel could save money. The concierge would tell me that they sent a technician and it was working fine. This was not true because we would wake up sweating at night because the air conditioning turns itself off after an hour. You have to get out of bed and turn it on every hour.

Veldig koselig hotell! Rolig og stille med god utsikt mot sjøen fra 2. etasje. Veldig god mat i snack baren og ved hotellets restaurant. Frokosten var enkel og god. Jeg vil gi trekk for to ting: 1. AC fungerte svært dårlig. 2. Sluket i dusjen på badet var nesten tett og dette var noe som aldri ble fikset selv om vi ga beskjed.

Very chilled holiday in Baja sardinia, the pool was suitable for our needs. There was several options for dining in and aroud the area. So beautiful and picturesque. The property is a little Italian rustic but all in all, the beds were comfortable. A few scotch stick on felt circles on ALL of the chairs would make this property quiter for guest with the tile flooring everywhere. The little gym was brand new and the kit was pristine.

Room was underwhelming and patio was not private at all. Property felt like an older Florida retirement home.
