The hotel is in very bad condition, very dirty, the staffs are irresponsible. When the customer complained the WiFi unconnected, they just give the reason that internet is over, please suffer and use your 4G. This is the manner of doing business? Another story is that, customer complained about the water in the bathroom is not working, they just write down and told me that the maintenance staffs are not here, tomorrow will fix, without giving any solution! Oh my god, the hotel price is not cheap, but the customer needed to suffer what they are doing?

Saat check in sprei bekas noda minyak dan seperti tidak dicuci / bekas pakai. Saat dikonfirmasi untuk ganti, diminta biaya tambahan. Lokasi sangat jauh dari MRT maupun Bus. Gak akan nginap di sini lagi.

Untuk stay 1 malam tidak masalah, agak sedikit kotor

Airconditioner tidak. Berfungsi, saya kehilangan. Sandal, minta handuk tidak bisa.
