The 1st day the AC was hot, so we have to move to another room, the floor was very dusty & very sticky, need to call room service to clean up the room. We leave the hotel at 8am in the morning and get back at 4 pm, but the room hasn't been cleaned up:(and no one from the room service knocked our room for cleaning the room. Some towels in our room not in a good condition, many stains on it:(Really hope the staffs could be trained better in servicing the guests & payment process could be using credit cards & qris in future instead of only debit card & cash:).
