這是我第二次入住東方酒店，選擇再次入住是因為它地理位置優越。即使不打算去環球影城，這裡交通便利，也是不錯的選擇。房間寬敞、乾淨、舒適。這次入住的一大亮點是早餐，種類豐富，美味可口。我尤其喜歡現場鮮榨橙汁機。飯店還設有迎賓休息室，貼心周到，讓入住體驗更加愉快。總而言之，這次入住體驗依然愉快，下次旅行我一定會再選擇這裡。

有一次我想請她幫忙叫計程車，她兩次都因為在服務其他客人而忽略了我，儘管我當時很著急。但總的來說，這家飯店不錯，適合家庭入住。

整體來說很好，還會再來。

我們在兩間房住了兩晚。對員工的服務很滿意。飯店位置離日本環球影城很近，餐廳就在飯店門口。謝謝！

Arrived at the Universal City by train, go straight about 30 meters, find the GAP store at the right-hand side. Beside the GAP store there is an aisle led to the hotel entrance. Mc.D, Kumakura, convenient stores, and a few food stores are in the hotel surrounding. Also, a USJ souvenir store is in there.

All good. Breakfast and location are best.

Lokasi hotel ini berada di Universal City, di mana Anda cukup jalan kaki sebentar menuju ke Universal Studio Japan. Di Universal City banyak tempat makan dan suvenir (sama seperti di dalam USJ), sehingga Anda dapat berbelanja suvenir terlebih dahulu. Tidak ada bellboy sehingga Anda harus membawa sendiri koper ke kamar. Tersedia ruang bagasi bila Anda ingin menitipkan barang terlebih dahulu. Kamar nyaman, luas, dan bersih, sangat cocok bila Anda pulang malam dari USJ. Breakfast beragam dan enak, saya merekomendasikan menginap di sini dengan mengambil paket breakfast.

Recommended hotel. Comfortable bed. Complete bathroom facilities. Near places to eat, stations, and Universal. Highly recommended to stay again.

The hotel is the best location and full option and the have break menu each of the day too.

It was good. The location is very close to USJ. Unfortunately, we didn't get the best view room though. We recommend this if you want to get an early start at USJ.

Too small and not enough space just to open our suite case.

The hotel is very clean, neat, tidy and close to Universal Studio. If you want to know the quality of a hotel, look at the bathroom/toilet. This hotel ' s bathroom/toilet is excellent and to me, perhaps it is the cleanest I have ever had. Breakfast is delicious, a mix of local Japanese food and western. Overall my family is very happy to stay in Oriental Hotel Universal City Osaka and would recommend this hotel to anybody who plans to visit USJ.

Kamar hotelnya luas banget. dapat 1 kasur double dan 1 kasur lebih kecil. Kamar mandi dan bathtub juga besar, toiletries lengkap, plus ada spons mandi yang bentuknya lucu-lucu. Lokasi dekat sekali dengan stasiun universal city dan universal studio, puas banget di hotel ini, hanya saja hotelnya model lama, kuncinya bukan kartu dan harus dititip setiap akan pergi.

Proses check-in cepat, hotelnya tepat di depan stasiun universal city dan dalam 1 komplek universal walk ke USJ hanya tinggal jalan saja. Sayangnya breakfast banyak makanan non halal tapi dekat hotel banyak sekali restoran dan lawson ada juga apotek. Kamarnya standar Jepang kecil tapi bantal keras.

Lokasi sangat dekat dengan universal studio, bisa titip tas sebelum check-in, staf sangat menyenangkan, tersedia counter ticket.

Sangat menyenangkan menginap disini, lokasi strategis untuk ke universal studio, akses ke stasiun kereta mudah, dan cari makan sangat gampang.

Nyaman, bersih dekat dengan usj, dekat dengan food court, dekat dengan stasiun kereta.

Sangat strategis dekat dengan universal studio osaka, cari makan mudah banyak pilihan cocok untuk bawa anak-anak liburan.
