Estuvimos muy contentos con nuestra visita a su hotel: limpieza, comodidad, personal amable, cerca de puntos de interés importantes de Madrid.

Me parece bien que tenga control de acceso para el check-in automático

Buena comunicación con el centro, coges el autobús 34 o 35 y la parada está a 10 minutos andando. El hotel es moderno y muy bonito, el apartamento que nos tocó era muy cómodo incluso para 4 personas. Además el edificio dispone de una terraza en la última planta en la que puedes cenar y pasar el rato que es muy agradable. Aparcar es fácil de encontrar plaza, es en la calle pero es gratis. Estuvimos super agusto.

I like Cielo Madrid because it’s clean, spacious room , beautiful rooftop .easy communication with staff even they don’t have a front desk in person. It is 1 block from Metro station. Though it’s not in the center of Madrid but it is very accessible with train and bus. If I come back to Madrid I definitely stay here.

Está bastante bien pero no hay gente que te espere en recepción entonces si tienes alguna duda en algo no tienes a quien comunicárselo a no ser que le escribas al whathsapp

El alojamiento ha sido perfecto. Recomiendo y me lo apunto para futuras visitas

Excellent property, clean, well design and spacious rooms

Todo muy limpio y agradable Cerca de una estación de metro que te comunica con el centro sin dificultades.

Cielo Madrid studios is a 3 star choice. The reception hours are limited so if you get there after hours, the staff will give you a code for the door. It is then up to you to electronically check in and be given your room card. We were initially confused about the process but then found the language tab to get the English version. We stayed 3 days and did not get room service. Would have been nice to get a change of towel. Not sure if this was a point we missed with having to put a sign on the door to do so but couldn’t find anything in the room. The rooms are clean and modern. Bathroom small but functional albeit the fan that continually turned on when you moved. This is not an upmarket area of Madrid. It is marketed as the SOHO of Madrid. We found some gorgeous places to eat about 5 mins away which weren’t the Hungry Jacks or commercial choices. Really good food with attentive staff.

Great studio

No pude descansar con el ruido de la nevera toda la noche, además de no disponer de una recepción,. Solicite la factura hasta en 3 ocasiones y me enviaron una que no sé correspondía con lo que abone , .

Super studio, très bien équipé, propre et confortable. Le seul hic pour notre part nous étions là studio #11 près de l’escalier et l’ascenseur et c’était un peu bruyant.

El sofá cama es muy duro. No se puede dar un alojamiento para cuatro cuando dos van a dormir en un sofá muy mejorable. Además el ruido del aire acondicionado y del ascensor durante toda la noche fue constante. La limpieza muy bien y la ubicación buena aunque los alrededores normales.

The room was clean and nice but there was no daily cleaning and we had to go get clean towels from a locker.
